Do you want to live in a rural setting but still new, fresh and with a high standard of living? Just outside Åsarp with an unobstructed location is this newly built, nice apartment that was ready in 2021. The apartment is located on the second floor in a garage/storage building on the property. The accommodation is good for an overnight stay or perhaps as a base if you want to visit the surroundings of Falbygden - north and in Ätradalen - south. The natural location provides peace and quiet while it is only 600 meters to the nearest grocery store, which is centrally located in the village!

Kleva Kvarn, in the countryside with breakfast in a nice environment

On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the basin and mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchenette (not for cooking but there is a microwave and kettle) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the property is the owner's home and a detached small house with a simple shower and a small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with streams, crops, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouses, fruit trees, flower beds and a view of the forest and meadows. A dog lives here.

With a stepladder, you can get up to the cozy sleeping loft, which is equipped with two adjacent 90 cm beds. A warm welcome.

Charming brewery

Quiet and secluded location at Haragården in Alboga, you live on the farm with animals all around. We who live on the farm have dogs and cats. The brewery house is an addition with modern standards while preserving the old feeling. Downstairs: Fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa and armchairs and smart TV, toilet and shower. Upstairs: Bedroom with double bed Wi-Fi is available. The pond can be used for swimming and next to it is the wood-fired sauna, outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Welcome to Jäla Björkelund. House located in the countryside in a peaceful environment with nature as the closest neighbor. The house is 160 sqm. Kitchen with dining area. Two bedrooms with a single bed in each. One bedroom with a double bed & a bunk bed. Living room on the upper floor with sofa bed and dining area. Living room on the lower level with TV, sofas and an armchair with exit to the balcony with patio & grill. Upstairs bathroom with shower. Bathroom on the lower floor with shower. My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

The owner's home is located on the same lot but the cottage is located separately with a patio facing the forest. New construction of houses on the same property during daytime.
