Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

Our bright, open attic apartment offers a cozy place to stay in the heart of Soest. The city and the train station are within walking distance and a bus runs in front of the house every half hour. In addition to the numerous tourist attractions in Soest, the health resort of Bad Sassendorf with its thermal baths and the spa park can also be quickly reached from the property by bus or car. Parking is free of charge and a Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Dm and organic market are within walking distance.

Typischer könnt ihr in Soest nicht wohnen! Das Fachwerkhaus in der mittelalterlichen Altstadt, zählt zu den ältesten Häusern der Stadt und ist in Soest besonders deswegen bekannt, weil es von Konrad Duden, dem Vater der Rechtschreibung, von 1859 bis 1869 bewohnt wurde. Das Haus ist ganz frisch und liebevoll renoviert – im zweiten Obergeschoss ist eine 100 qm große Ferienwohnung entstanden, in der bis zu sechs Gäste Platz finden und den ursprünglichen Soester Charme erleben können.
