La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Daniele was an amazing host—warm, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and just a short walk to the beach, which made our trip even more perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Familienurlaub (4 Pers.) Ende August 2024: Wunderbare Lage, sehr ruhig und privat.Aussergewöhnlich ist das große Grundstück, wo man zu jeder Tageszeit ein schönes, schattiges Plätzchen zum Ausruhen und genießen findet! Die Bucht unterhalb des Hauses ist sehr beliebt, man kann aber problemlos morgens und abends dorthin gehen, wenn man dem Trubel entgehen möchte. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist teilweise schon etwas älter aber funktionell in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation mit Isabella funktionierte einwandfrei, um kleinere Probleme kümmerte sie sich umgehend. Die Anfahrt ist über eine recht schmale, gewundene Zufahrtsstraße- kein Problem bei vorsichtiger Fahrweise, allerdings dauert es natürlich etwas, bis man im nächsten Ort (Einkaufen, Essen gehen) ankommt. Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für eine Familie mit 3-4 Kindern, für 2 Familien ist die Aufteilung der Betten/ Zimmer eher ungünstig. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Privatsphäre und Natur lieben! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Rosella! Die Gastgeberfamilie ist unheimlich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Außergewöhnlich ist die unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer, der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach herrlich. Ich habe meine morgendlichen Yoga-Einheiten bei diesem traumhaften Panorama sehr genossen. Die Kinder hatten großen Spaß beim Schnorcheln. Die Unterwasserwelt "direkt vor der Haustür" hat viel zu bieten. Der private Zugang zum Meer ist natürlich super komfortabel. Kulinarisch kann man es sich in Piombino auch sehr gut gehen lassen. Rundum empfehlenswert!

Check-in hat hervorragend geklappt. Gastgeberpaar sehr nett und unkomliziert. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Lage fantastisch. Nach vorne das Meer und hinter dem Haus ein Pinienwald, Spielplatz. Bäckerei, Gemüsehändler, Cafe und Einkaufszentrum in Gehdistanz (5 Minuten zu Fuss). Ich empfehle dieses Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiter.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We chose this location as the first place to stay for our honeymoon trip and we really relaxed there. It was so quite, so calm, so intimate, it felt like home. The pool was clean, the view was amazing, so amazing that we preferred to prepare food or to buy something warm from the nearest Coop market and to eat it on our terrace than to go to a restaurant. The kitchen is small, you can prepare there only simple dishes. I totally recommend this house if you want privacy and a relaxing holiday.

Sehr schöne und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Toller Blick vom Balkon und sehr schönes Anwesen. Die Küche hat alles was man zum kochen braucht. Neues Badezimmer. Der Rest der Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Just a wonderful environment in and out of the castle! Our hosts were very helpful as they gave us local tips on food, travels, etc. Grazie!!

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind klein, aber schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönen Tischen. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung besteht aus ein paar anderen Ferienhäusern und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool den man nutzen kann und am Ende einer langen Treppe einen Zugang zum Meer (kein Strand sondern felsig aber trotzdem super zum Baden). Rund um das Häuschen ist ein kleiner Garten und viele schöne Bäume. Giovannis Vater Eduardo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wenn wir einen Frage hatten, haben wir schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ungefähr 10-15 min mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Zusammengefasst: ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort mit perfektem Ausblick bei freundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

What an amazing location with a sensational view. We were looking for a restful location in picturesque surroundings where we could relax and unwind; this was definitely that place. After a day at the beach (7 min walk - downhill way there and quite a steap climb back if you decided not to drive) this had all the (immaculately landscaped) outdoor living spaces you need to relax into the evening and look out to sea as the day ends....views you could even enjoy from the brilliant outdoor shower! The accomodation was perfect for our group (3 adult couples) and on the warmer days it was nice to have the air conditioning. Both the owner and the host were helpful and responsive throughout. The only noteworthy things are that the drive into the location was along some tight and twisty cliff roads (I would not like to drive it in the dark) and the local beach is rocky so I would highly recommend swimming shoes. Overall we felt this was a magical place and had an amazing stay!

Ein ganz besonderer Ort, den wir nun schon zum zweiten Mal voller Freude genießen durften. Ruhe und Erholung in der schönen Umgebung des Anwesens mit dem tollen Blick auf das Meer garantiert! Wir waren erneut zu viert als Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern da und haben viel in der gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht. Loredana ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, die uns auch bei einer nächtlichen Ankunft nach einer Autopanne noch freundlich empfangen hat. Lieben Dank für alles, Loredana! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft von Filippo war wie beschrieben…Wunderschöner Ausblick, manchmal sogar Delphine von der Terrasse aus sichtbar! Da unser Aufenthalt Ende Mai statt fand war es sehr ruhig, die Pool Anlagen und Restaurants waren zwar noch geschlossen jedoch hatte uns Filippo bereits zuvor informiert und wir genossen die Stille der Vorsaison/Natur! Die Unterkunft war sauber und alles stand zu unserer Verfügung. Der Weg zum Meer ist zu Fuß gut in 5 Minuten erreichbar…. Ein wunderschöner Strand erwartet euch!!! Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil um Elba zu erkunden, da die Unterkunft eher abgelegen ist, das störte uns jedoch nicht da sie in einem wunderschönen Naturgebiet liegt. Für Hunde ist die Unterkunft ebenso gut geeignet, auch der Strand ist super für Hunde! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!!!

Lorella, Giuseppe i co-host di Jacopo sono due persone fantastiche!!! Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa!!! Come omaggio di benvenuto c era una crostata buonissima fatta da Lorella, durante il nostro breve soggiorno ci hanno offerto frutta, caffè, e una splendida e super grigliata, abbiamo passato serate in loro compagnia come amici di sempre!!! E poi Camilla la splendida e simpatica cagnolina sempre pronta a farti le feste e a ricevere tante coccole ci ha robato il cuore!!! La casa Campo albo è ottima per una coppia, confortevole e fresca, super la doccia all esterno ottima per togliere la sabbia e la calura prima di entrare in casa, fantastica la veranda con un bel tavolo per pranzi e cene all aperto!!! La casa è veramente a due passi dal mare cristallino e dalla spiaggia poco affollata e tranquilla..... Un grazie gigante a Lorella e Giuseppe per la loro ospitalità, cordialità e consigli che ci hanno mostrato!!! La consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono passare una vacanza al top!!!

L’alloggio è molto bello, ben ristrutturato e arredato, fornito di tutto il necessario per cucinare. L’aria condizionata e il wifi funzionano perfettamente. La spiaggia (libera e attrezzata) si raggiunge facilmente a piedi anche con bimbi piccoli. Davanti alla casa c’è una bella pineta con parco giochi e gonfiabili. Molto adatto per famiglie!

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

Très beau logement, hôte réactif, très attentionné et aidant, répond très rapidement si besoin. Environnement calme, paisible, éloigné de Porto Santo Stefano mais compensé par une vue paradisiaque. Les très gros atouts sont le solarium, la vue spectaculaire de la terrasse, la plage privée à 1km. Malgré nos 2h de retard à l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco et sa femme. Ils ont de plus accepté de venir plus tôt à notre départ pour des questions organisationnelles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons.

Casa favolosa e vista impagabile sul Giglio. L’alloggio di Fabiola è un sogno. L’host inoltre è stato sempre disponibile e premuroso. Consiglio vivamente l’alloggio.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Appartement sehr genossen. Sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten (Waschmittel, genug Decken, gut ausgestattete Küche). Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand. Zu Fuss sind viele schöne Strände erreichbar, wie auch ein grosser Einkaufsladen und viele Restaurants. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. 😃

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der sehr gut eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist umwerfend, direkt am Meer/Stand und wenn man früh genug aufsteht, genießt man einen wunderbaren Sonnenaufgang. Letizia war immer erreichbar und hat bei Bedarf sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt. Vielen Dank

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf Strand, ein Stück Meer und das Stadtzentrum von Castiglione Della Pescaia. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Aufgrund des tollen Balkons mit Markise haben wir uns aber eh nicht all zu viel im Wohnzimmer aufgehalten. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Schnell im Zentrum, noch viel schneller am Strand.
