Beauty+Colorful tiny apartment on only 13.5 sqm where you will find everything you need for everyday life. The equipment was designed and built by myself. Only individual pieces in the kitchen were made by the carpenter. Shops for everyday needs can also be reached on foot in just a few minutes. (3 - 5 minutes) The direct connection to the B469 brings the airport in FfM within 30 minutes. Frankfurt, Offenbach, Darmstadt, Hanau can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Aschaffenburg is app 15Km

In addition to various shopping opportunities, Großostheim also offers doctors, pharmacies and some restaurants. Due to the central location of the apartment, everything is easily accessible on foot.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

Since there is no kitchen or cooking facilities, the apartment is only suitable for fitters.
