The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. This half-timbered house has been freshly renovated with a lot of love and now shines again in its old splendor. Here you can really experience a listed timber-framed house from 1820. With four bedrooms and 240 square meters, the house offers plenty of space for up to 11 people. A large kitchen-living room, the cozy living room and the large seminar room invite you to get together. The block room with fireplace and the large kitchen table are perfect places for a game night after a delicious meal.

Auf unserem Alpakahof ist ein ausgedienter Jollenkreuzer gestrandet und bietet in zwei Kojen unter Deck Platz, um ins Land der Träume zu segeln. Über Deck gibt es eine freisitz um bei einem guten Buch die lauen Abende zu genießen oder noch ein wenig Seemannsgarn zu spinnen. Miniküche, Dusche, Trockentrenntoilette und Feuerstelle stehen auf unserem Hof im Gemeinschaftsbereich zur Verfügung.

The large Umgebindehaus of cloth merchant C. W. Henke sits in the heart of Upper Lusatia. Built in 1831 and carefully restored, it blends historic character with modern comfort: original doors, windows and floorboards, Meissen tiled stoves, linseed‑oil paints and 1930s wallpapers. With 260 m², it offers space for up to 11 guests, a big dining table, plenty of toys and a fully equipped kitchen. Depending on the season, the wild garden, the terrace or the vaulted sauna invite you to relax.

You will feel at home in our comfortable, newly and modernly furnished rooms in a quiet, natural location on the outskirts of Bautzen. The apartment is fully equipped with an electric stove, fridge and dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. 2 bedrooms are connected by a connecting door, so one of the bedrooms is only accessible via the other bedroom. TV and Wi-Fi are available in all rooms.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
