Apartment Grutto is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. De fietsafstand (2 fietsen en tandem beschikbaar) tot het centrum van de stad is nog geen 10 minuten. Aan de westzijde is een terras van ca. 16 m2 voorzien van meubilair waar je tot laat in de avond van de laatste zonnestralen kunt genieten. De locatie is gelegen aan open vaarwater, je kunt er vissen en zomers zwemmen en gebruik maken van de kano..
