Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! I cannot recommend this property enough. The house has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Just a wow moment when you first see the house. We will definitely be back!

Accommodation completely in line with the description: perfectly equipped, and suitable for 4 people. Very good bedding, furniture, dishes, and appliances in very good condition and quantity, very appreciable air conditioning. Attention to note: coffee filters, salt, pepper, sugar, oil, paper towels, etc.: so as not to be caught off guard on arrival. Quiet neighborhood, the beach is within walking distance in a few minutes. Communication with the host and the concierge was in the best conditions. Excellent value for money: We will be back!

From the moment I booked Celine was so helpful with messaging before arrival. When we did arrive her wonderful warm welcome was so lovely to experience after a long journey. She was so kind and made sure that we knew if we needed anything she would be there, and she was. So helpful, so kind. The venue was so peaceful and the views so stunning. Anne’s place is spacious and well equipped. The pool is a nice bonus. The area is very peaceful and we were well rested. It is a great base for exploring the Corbières wine region & Chateau. We had a lovely stay. Anne & Jacques were very friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts.

Very good stay in Gruissan, at Marie-Sophie's. The accommodation is super clean, quiet, with a very nice garden, and a swimming pool. Marie-Sophie is very welcoming and did not fail to give us addresses to visit. She is very easy to reach in case of problems. I recommend it.

LaRouyère is so idyllic it almost felt like a movie set — minus the boom mics and drama. The garden and pool were our private retreat; we dedicated two afternoons to pure laziness: sun, breeze, and zero responsibilities. The home is beautifully renovated (it includes a former wine cave!) and feels like the kind of place you'd happily get stranded. I cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen, we slept like the dead in the blissfully quiet bedroom, and the bathroom surprised us both — showers are usually utilitarian for me, but this one was hard to leave, and my husband was equally smitten with the tub. Stuart shared great tips, including the St. Chinian market, where I found heirloom tomatoes and carrots I’m still thinking about. Both hosts were generous, friendly, and struck that great balance of available-but-not-hovering. We left feeling rejuvenated — and already looking forward to a return.

Very good stay at Carole's, very nice house, well decorated and arranged. The pool is very beautiful with a beautiful garden. The house is located in a village like a fishing village, we were able to walk around the cute little village and close to the seaside. Very quiet and pleasant stay. Carole is a very kind and responsive host. We would recommend this listing.

We spent a week at Muriel's place and it was wonderful! Its ocean views are incredible and the environment is super quiet. Muriel's house is super-equipped for whatever you might need (we like to cook and we had everything!!) We found everything perfectly clean! Muriel was super kind for whatever we might need. Very nice house to live in. Very very well equipped. Terrace sheltered from the wind and with an awning for lunch in the shade. Nearby beach and shops. I recommend it!

Excellent welcome. Very friendly and responsive host. We appreciated the fact that the accommodation is very well located near Grazel beach and shops. All within walking distance. We also enjoyed the private and secure parking. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a very good time at Stephane's place. Communication with Adelaine was very fast and uncomplicated. The house is very well equipped and in a prime location.

Very clean space. Decor in the theme. As described. Quiet. Spacious terrace, beach within walking distance. There was everything new ( the necessary dishes, cutlery, cooking dishes etc.). Really exotic , very relaxing setting. Responsive host as needed. BBQ option. Beach as far as the eye can see, we would have stayed even longer Come and settle in, you won't be disappointed.

It was a great pleasure to be here. My kids enjoyed 2nd floor which was like as private room with TV view from top. In future I want to return but in summer period.

The house is well arranged and clean, perfect for 2 couples. Air conditioning is a big plus. The bedding is good but firm The 10/12-minute walk to the beach is easy. The merchants around the corner are very welcoming. The unoverlooked terrace is very nice. Self check-in, I recommend it!!

An excellent stay in this beautiful house!   We were won over by the splendid (and panoramic) sea view as well as the exceptional setting that this house offers, faithful to the photos of the listing. The location of this place in La Franqui is ideal and we were able to do everything on foot (access to the beach and many walks from this location). The house is very pleasant from the outside (wooded and shaded garden in places, several well-appointed and equipped terraces, with comfortable furniture). It also has an impeccable interior, clean, bright, practical, with warm and neat decoration in all rooms and super well equipped especially in the kitchen (good equipment, storage, lots of dishes and household products available...). Like us, you will not miss anything during your stay and you may be sorry, when the time comes, to leave this haven of peace.
