Walk to the observation bench at the top of the biggest 50 ft waterfall. Follow the trail behind the falls. This house is approximately 1700 sq. ft and is located on 2.25 acres in the valley of Pelham, TN on Payne Cove Road. Enjoy a scenic view from the porch or stay cozy by building a fire in the wood fireplace. The home is a 7 minute walk to the entrance of the Caverns if you're here to enjoy a show. This home can be accessed about six miles off of exit 127 on I-24. It is located about an hour from Nashville & Chattanooga. It is about 10 miles to Monteagle and 15 to Sewanee.

There is also golfing available at 6 locations within an hours drive or less!
