Das Chalet befindet sich auf einer Seehöhe von 1720 m, verfügt über eine Sauna und ist ganzjährig mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für Sommerurlauber gibt es Wander-und Mountainbikemöglichkeiten. Der Ossiachersee ist mit dem Auto in 25 Minuten zu erreichen.Im Winter befindet man sich mitten im Schigebiet Gerlitzen. Der Sessellift der Wörtherseeabfahrt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Schitouren oder Schneeschuhwanderungen entlang der beschneiten Schipisten oder im Wald werden gerne unternommen.

Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Es ist ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden und erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen (200m2 +Terrasse+Garten). Der Wohnbereich mit Marmorfußboden und Holzdecke befindet sich im Erdgeschoß; die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es gibt 5 große Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder, geheizt wird mit Fußbodenheizung und Solarluft-System.

Jede unserer geräumigen Ferienwohnungen verfügt über mindestens einen Balkon und lädt zum Genießen der Nachmittagssonne ein. Mit einer Größe zwischen ca. 40 bis 56 qm² ist genügend Platz für Wanderer, Paare oder Familien mit Kindern. Sie sind allesamt urig gemütlich eingerichtet und bieten alles was man braucht. Zur Ausstattung der Wohnungen gehören Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sowie ein Fön. Für alle Wohnungen steht ebenso freies WLAN bereit. Homeoffice ist also kein Hindernis!
