AND sun all day!! The comfortable, lovingly furnished junior suite can comfortably accommodate 2 to max. 4 people and has a separate sleeping area. From the south balcony you have a direct view of the Chiemgau Alps, Lake Chiemsee and the Fraueninsel. The lake and swimming area are 20 meters away.

Our modern and cozy 3-room apartment is located on the east side of Fraueninsel in Lake Chiemsee. Two to max. 4 people can stay in our 70 sqm apartment. Because not only the bedroom with double bed, but also the cozy sofa bed in the living room with separate mattress (140 × 200 cm) offers all comforts. On the large balcony you can overlook Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps. In less than 1 minute you can reach the shared meadow by the lake, with jetty and two sun loungers.

Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
