Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gubbio

Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

U Massimo czuliśmy się jak w domu. Wszystko bylo takie jak powinno a nawet lepiej. Dom był duży, przestronny i bardzo czysty. Idealny dla naszej czteroosobowej rodziny plus psa. Miejsce jest położone zdala od zabudowań, więc można było odpocząć w spokoju. Ogród był duży idealny do spędzania czasu na świeżym powietrzu i do tego duży i czysty basen w którym można było się schłodzić w upalne dni. Kontak z Massimo był bez zastrzeżeń. Zawsze odpisywał w ciągu kilku minut i jak coś potrzebowaliśmy zawsze był do dyspozycji. W kuchni były podstawowe produkty spożywcze aby po długiej drodze zrobić sobie kawę i coś zjeść. Do tego dostaliśmy przepyszne wino, i jak tylko brakło zawsze przywoził nowe. W ostatni dzień na śniadanie dostaliśmy pyszne rogaliki. Bardzo polecam ten dom. Wszystko bylo idealne. I mamy nadzieję że jeszcze tam wrócimy.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Marina e Paola per due notti con la nostra cagnolona e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione è ottima, la casa stupenda e Marina ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili! Torneremo sicuramente.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Wir waren 4 Tage vor Ort und es war einfach traumhaft. Die Anreise war problemlos und Flavia hat uns sehr herzlich vor Ort empfangen. Nach einem kurzen Rundgang durchs Haus und einer kurzen Einweisung konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Ein Zettel mit Restaurant Empfehlungen und Ausflugszielen lag auf dem Tisch bereit. Nach einem kurzen Gewitter hatten wir Stromausfall, aber Flavia war sofort erreichbar und innerhalb 5min hatten wir auch wieder Strom. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für jeden empfehlen, der sich nach Ruhe sehnt und die Natur genießen möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This air B&B was in a beautiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views. The property had many areas to sit and enjoy the rolling hills.

Wygodny apartament z przepięknym widokiem na jezioro (przeszklona ściana w salonie). Urokliwe łóżko na antresoli. Duży, zadbany basen. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz. Dom położony na styku Toskanii i Umbrii, tuż obok Perugia, Asyz, Cortona. Dobry jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sven’s beautiful home in Nocera Umbra, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The house is charming, welcoming, and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to make guests feel at home. Sven was an excellent host, always available and very attentive. I highly recommend staying at his place if you are visiting the area. Moreover, Nocera Umbra itself is a hidden gem. During my stay, I met many local people who were incredibly warm and welcoming, and I enjoyed some of the best food I’ve ever had. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento! La casa è davvero carina, curata nei dettagli e molto accogliente: ci si sente subito a proprio agio. La proprietaria è una persona squisita, sempre gentile, disponibile e alla mano, il che ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. La posizione è semplicemente fantastica, a due passi dal lago in un’atmosfera rilassante. Consigliatissima, torneremo sicuramente!

A super apartment in a perfect position within a few minutes of the ferry that operates regularly around the lake and ten minutes walk from the station. Within easy walking distance of some delightful restaurants with excellent menus.

Gli host di casa Lieta sono stati molto reattivi e proattivi. Ci ha fatto il check in la moglie, che è stata gentilissima in quel momento e anche durante le comunicazioni successive. Ci ha aiutato dandoci indicazioni e ci hanno fatto trovare anche i biscotti per la colazione. Unica pecca del soggiorno sono stati alcuni elementi della biancheria che forse avrebbero avuto bisogno di essere ricontrollati dopo il lavaggio. Detto questo, ottima esperienza, ci tornerei e la consiglio a tutti!

A very elegant and spacious apartment in a fabulous position with great views . Cristina is very engaged and a helpful host, fabulous communication. Bathroom was particularly spacious with great shower. Would thoroughly recommend.

Truly a gem in Arezzo. Federico’s mother welcomed us to the apartment and provided helpful recommendations, all of which we took and enjoyed. The place itself was very large and spacious, even more beautiful than the photos. We also appreciated the modern amenities it had like air conditioning. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

Appartamento curato e dotato di tutte le necessità, l'impianto di riscaldamento è molto efficiente: abbiamo soggiornato qui in giornate molto fredde e la casa si riscalda davvero in poco tempo. La struttura è in collina, in un'area tranquilla e silenziosa. Il giardino completamente recintato è suddiviso un uno spiazzo erboso in cui si può parcheggiare da un lato, ma anche comodamente mangiare all'aperto e un pezzetto di bosco in cui i nostri cagnolini hanno amato correre e giocare. La location è anche comodissima, a 5 minuti dal minimetrò, da parchi e diverse attività commerciali. Raggiungere il centro di Perugia è stato semplicissimo. Contentissime anche della co-host Anna che è stata sempre reattiva, gentile e molto disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Valentina, es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Der Landschaftspark mit dem Pool war ein Traum. Die Geschmackvolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lag privat vor blicken geschützt. Alles war vorhanden. Wir haben gute Unterstützung und Informationen bekommen im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar.Die Minimetro in Perugia und die Barrierefreiheit dort können auch Menschen nutzen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind.

This was our second time visiting Mogens and Suzie's beautiful home in Cortona. One reason for coming back was the sheer beauty of the property and the proximity to fantastic medieval towns with incredible history that endures even now. For wine enthusiasts, there are tons of wine tasting opportunities with lunch, dinner or just great wine. Another reason for our return visit was an opportunity to spend time again with Mogens and Suzie, by far the best AIRBNB hosts we have ever encountered. They do everything imaginable to make your time as enjoyable as possible and to say that they go the extra mile would be a gross understatement. We can't wait to come back a third time.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautifully equipped with everything we needed — from the kitchen to the bedrooms, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The garden was absolutely lovely, perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a meal outdoors. The pool was a real highlight — clean, spacious, and a great way to cool off during the day. What truly made the stay special was the warm hospitality of our hosts. They were welcoming, helpful, and made us feel completely at home from the very first moment. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Our stay at the villa was very pleasant. Our hostess, Daniel, was lovely and answered all our questions/requests. The villa is located in the heart of a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful nature reserve. The house is very beautiful and well-equipped. The homeowners left us olive oil, spices, coffee capsules etc. Also dishwasher detergent, and washing machine detergent were available. We highly recommend the place.

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt - und unser Hund fand es absolut super. Wir mussten etwas schauen, dass das Tor richtig geschlossen blieb, damit sie nicht ausbüxen konnte. Ausserdem ist der Kamin eher zur Dekoration, da er nicht richtig abzieht und so schnell das Haus verräuchert. Wenn man ihn aber nicht braucht, ist alles perfekt!

Wij hebben absoluut genoten van ons verblijf! De weg ernaartoe is inderdaad een uitdaging, zoals correct aangegeven in de advertentie. Wij hebben geen 4x4, wel een hogere auto, en namen de langere route naar de woning. Dat kostte ons wat extra tijd bij elke verplaatsing, maar dat hadden we er voor over. De rust en het uitzicht zijn namelijk onbetaalbaar. Het huisje is voldoende goed uitgerust, wij hebben niks gemist. Ook was er geweldige service inbegrepen: middenin ons verblijf werd de woning voor ons gepoetst en kregen we verse lakens en handdoeken. Ook wordt het zwembad 2 keer per week schoongemaakt en bijgevuld. Voor elke vraag was manager Matteo vlot bereikbaar. Wat ons betreft, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ich hatte fast 1 Monat eine unglaublich schöne Zeit! Wenn man die abgelegene Ruhe möchte, ist diese Unterkunft perfekt. Ich war wahrscheinlich nicht das letzte mal da. Danke Lorenzo!
