The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

The beaches of La Baule and Le Pouliguen, the salt marshes are 5 minutes by car and accessible by bike (bike paths).

The apartment overlooks a small pedestrian square. You can do anything on foot: shops, bar, restaurants... 1 room with an equipped kitchen, 2 sofa beds with mattresses, a table 4 chairs, a private bathroom with shower and towel dryer. Bed and bath linens are provided.
