The residence offers an unheated swimming pool (mid-May to mid-September) and a laundromat (for a fee). The accommodation is close to the port, shops, restaurants, and the train station. Direct TGV to Montparnasse is a 25-minute walk away, and there is a shuttle bus.

The central location of this house favors "everything on foot" (beaches, marina, market, shops, multisport field...). The saltwater pool (9 X 3) is heated from April to October and is just for you! To discover (or rediscover): the medieval city of Guérande, the salt marshes, La Baule... but also the islands with immediate departures from the port.
