My house is located in the center of Gujan-Mestras near the town hall, 300 m from the port and 500 m from the train station, all within walking distance. Arcachon, the ocean beaches and the Dune du Pyla are 15 minutes away by car. Wood-clad house overlooking the street leading to the port (may be a little noisy) with a private terrace of 12 m2. It consists of a 25 m2 living room with a bed, a fully equipped kitchen and an 11 m2 bedroom with a private bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet.

In the shade of a mimosa, you will appreciate the authenticity of this cottage located close to the ports of Gujan-Mestras and the shops. This 27 m2 independent 2-room is equipped to the highest standard to allow you to have a comfortable stay (Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine for long stays, sheets, towels, Wi-Fi, 4 bikes...). Ideal for two people, a sofa bed allows two extra beds. Guests can also enjoy a terrace (with plancha) and an outdoor garden.

We welcome you to this charming little townhouse, which is located 10 km from Arcachon and only 15 minutes from the Pyla dune! It includes a bright main room with equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The second room is a bedroom. Landscaped garden with dining table, lounge and 2 deckchairs, possibility of parking a vehicle, sliding gate! Close to shops, the ornithological park, amusement parks, lake, forest and of course the basin as well as bike paths.

The studio is located in a neighborhood within walking distance of local shops, shopping mall, public transport and oyster ports. The ocean beaches and the Dune of Pyla are a few km drive away. The studio has a small exterior that is not overlooked. It is not large, 15 m2 downstairs and 7 m2 in the low mezzanine under the ceiling (1.30 m at the highest). Equipped with a 140 sofa bed with a real mattress, a 140 bed on the mezzanine, 2 mountain bikes.
