Many shops are nearby, the bay is accessible on foot, by bicycle or by car and the ocean is 15 minutes by car.

The house opens to a common green area,not fenced, so not suitable for young children. Street traffic during shopping opening hours but we are in a small neighborhood, and the house has double glazing.
