My house is located in the center of Gujan-Mestras near the town hall, 300 m from the port and 500 m from the train station, all within walking distance. Arcachon, the ocean beaches and the Dune du Pyla are 15 minutes away by car. Wood-clad house overlooking the street leading to the port (may be a little noisy) with a private terrace of 12 m2. It consists of a 25 m2 living room with a bed, a fully equipped kitchen and an 11 m2 bedroom with a private bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet.

In the shade of a mimosa, you will appreciate the authenticity of this cottage located close to the ports of Gujan-Mestras and the shops. At the Hume, 40 m2 2-bedroom house, 10 minutes' walk to La Hume train station and five minutes' drive or bike to La Hume beach. Many shops nearby (bakery, butcher, bike rental, tourist office, convenience store...). 10 minutes from Arcachon and 15 minutes from the Dune du Pilat and its ocean beaches and 5 minutes from the parks of Aqualand, La Coccinelle, Kid Parc... The end-of-stay cleaning of €40 is not included in the price but can be requested as an option.

If you want tranquility, pleasure and well-being, then welcome to the renovated "Bel Air" Cabin, inspired by the oyster cabins of the Bay, 32 m2 with a 160 x 200 bed and a living room with kitchenette, living room (sofa, TV). The cabin is located within the property. The CLEANING FEE is to be paid upon arrival €20. Breakfast (€9/pers) Spa (€20 1/2h €30/1h for 2 pers) are available. Please book 24 hours in advance. Close to train station, transport and shops.

Thanks to all our guests who enjoyed the quality of Studio Jay, the hospitality and allowed us to become a "traveler favorite" Rated 3 stars by the Gironde Departmental Tourism Committee, registered with the Teich Tourist Office and the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, the studio is located in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, close to shopping centers, the bird sanctuary, bike paths (including the bike path) and a sandy beach on the riverbank.

The studio is located in a neighborhood within walking distance of local shops, shopping mall, public transport and oyster ports. The ocean beaches and the Dune of Pyla are a few km drive away. The studio has a small exterior that is not overlooked. It is not large, 15 m2 downstairs and 7 m2 in the low mezzanine under the ceiling (1.30 m at the highest). Equipped with a 140 sofa bed with a real mattress, a 140 bed on the mezzanine, 2 mountain bikes.
