Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. At the Hume, 40 m2 2-bedroom house, 10 minutes' walk to La Hume train station and five minutes' drive or bike to La Hume beach. Many shops nearby (bakery, butcher, bike rental, tourist office, convenience store...). 10 minutes from Arcachon and 15 minutes from the Dune du Pilat and its ocean beaches and 5 minutes from the parks of Aqualand, La Coccinelle, Kid Parc... The end-of-stay cleaning of €40 is not included in the price but can be requested as an option.

Hi, my name is Sandrine and I'm offering you my charming, fully renovated wooden frame house of about 50 m2. It is located in the village of Khélus Club in Gujan-Mestras. The setting is quiet and peaceful, on the edge of the forest and offers the leisure of walks on foot or by bike. Many shops are nearby, the bay is accessible on foot, by bicycle or by car and the ocean is 15 minutes by car.

Small house, 100m from Place de la Claire

In the center of Gujan (100 m from Place de la Claire), 10 minutes walk from the oyster ports and the Canal beach, this small house is completely renovated and is perfect for 4 people. The house opens to a common green area,not fenced, so not suitable for young children. Street traffic during shopping opening hours but we are in a small neighborhood, and the house has double glazing.
