Many shops are nearby, the bay is accessible on foot, by bicycle or by car and the ocean is 15 minutes by car.

In the center of Gujan (100 m from Place de la Claire), 10 minutes walk from the oyster ports and the Canal beach, this small house is completely renovated and is perfect for 4 people. The house opens to a common green area,not fenced, so not suitable for young children.
