Craig was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. His place had everything we could possibly need, with so many thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. My 4-year-old daughter especially loved the day room filled with games and toys, such a nice touch for families. We were also surprised with a sweet note and delicious bakery treats congratulating us on our recent wedding, which meant a lot. The provided beach wagon made our beach days so much easier, and everything went smoothly. The location was perfect. We spent our days at the beach, then came back to relax with an evening swim in the pool. Craig and his team were amazing, thoughtful hosts, and we’ll absolutely stay here again next time we visit Siesta Key!

This is our 3rd time staying here and I plan to keep going back. The home is beautiful, clean, comfortable and has everything you could need. The location is perfect! It’s our favorite vacation spot!

Placed was stocked well with everything you need in the kitchen and everything you need for the pool/beach. Pool was beautiful and the perfect temperature. Located 15 mins to siesta key. 😍

We loved our stay! The home was just as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is a short drive from first class Siesta Key and other beaches. Romualda was an amazing host. She responded quickly to our questions and went out of her way to make us feel at home. I highly recommend!!

Clean and comfortable - had everything we needed for our stay, including everything we needed for the pool, tennis courts, and the beach! It was a huge plus to be able to use the garage during the hot Florida summer. The space was exactly as described, the community pool was a lot of fun, and the location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and free public parking for Siesta Keys beach. The host and house manager were very responsive and left clear instructions for the home. Every light switch was labeled, which was super helpful! We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoy to stay at the house that is perffect spot to relax is a quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely recommend and came back soon.

Had a fantastic week at Steven’s place, communication form Steven was top notch & his house did not disappoint! Our 2 kids had a great week in the pool & the house is really kid friendly. Location is fantastic with lots to walk from straight out of the front door.. thanks again for a wonderful stay

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The villa was spotlessly clean, had all that one might need to cook meals and was in a beautiful complex with a large and also spotlessly clean pool. The location is perfect to get to all the beaches in no time and a short driving distance to Anna Maria Island, St. Petersburg and Tampa with all they have to offer. The hosts were very responsive and even recommended some activities in the area , which ended up being great. All in all , a great place that we hope to return to.

Edina was extremely responsive (within minutes) when we had questions, also very accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay. The house is pristine, beautiful and spacious. The backyard with the pool very private and inviting! Definitely would come back the next time in Sarasota!

Where do I start?! We’ve visited siesta key several times a year & Kellys house has been THE BEST Airbnb we’ve ever chosen! The house is gorgeous, immaculately clean, in a safe neighborhood, plenty of space, a gorgeous porch area & pool! We can’t wait to rent this property again! 5 stars from start to finish!! She was so easy to work and responds so quickly! A perfect stay!!

This is a beautiful home. Nice neighborhood. Spacious house. Pool was amazing. Rosa was very nice and helpful. She responds quickly if there is an issue. We will come back to this house.

This was our third visit and we just love this house. Already planning another week this falll and maybe a couple of long weekends. The location is perfect to everything we love to do in Sarasota and the size of the house is perfect for us.

This was our second time staying here and it was even better than the first time! We appreciated the updates like the ceiling fans in the rooms, a 3rd guest bedroom, and new washer/dryer. David is a responsive and flexible host who was close by for anything we needed! Great location in a safe and quiet area. Will definitely be returning for a 3rd time the next time we are in Sarasota!

We had a great stay at Steve's place. Great location!! So close to the beach and the pool is absolutely beautiful ,perfect for relaxing after a day out.Kids loved the game room!! Steve was very responsive and really tried his best to make sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. Can't wait to go back soon.

Glen was a great host. Super responsive any time I sent a message. We were able to check-in early. The place is close to beaches and easy to get anywhere you need to go.

We had plenty of room in the house! We absolutely loved swimming in the pool! We had a great stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Was a cute clean place. Perfect for 2 people. Very kind and quick to respond. Allowed us to use chairs and umbrellas and little cooler for the beach, so helpful!

Adam and Sarah were very responsive to my inquiries/requests. The property was clean, well equipped, and decorared nicely. The place was very comfortable. The location was centrally located to shopping, restaurants and Siesta Key Beach. The pool area was very nice and private with plenty of amenities like a grill, firepit, heater, etc. Our kids and granddaughter visited us while we were there and we were pleasantly surprised that the property included a high chair, playpen and door alarms that could be activated if necessary. I would recommend staying at Adam and Sarahs property.

Clare was an amazing host! This home has everything you need for your trip/vacation. She bought beach chairs so we did not have to rent! She also had a cooler to take to the beach along with beach towels. Siesta key Beach was very close ( straight shot to get there) She checked in on us and gave us great recommendations. Loved the back yard! Very nice quiet oasis. Very clean. Seen many cute lizard friends outback. Loved it ! Clare stopped by to bring us a sweet treats from a local bakery. She literally is one of the best host we have ever had. The whole aesthetic of the home was beautiful. The Home is stocked with all the dishes you would need. Home is close to gas stations and stores but still tucked away from the busy road. Neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. Thank you again for having us !

We loved the place super close to the beaches and local things to do. Super responsive with getting new beach equipment for the rental. The kitchen was super clean. Definitely can tell the place is used as a rental but is maintained well. Thanks for a great week for our family!

We were down in the area for a sporting event and found Tracey’s place. It was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the layout of the house and the finishes were top notch. The house is a short walk from a nice little area with restaurants and a grocery store. Beyond that there was more than enough in the area for dining, etc. Siesta Beach was a short 15 min drive and the screened pool was perfect after long hot days. We really enjoyed our time at this little jewel in Sarasota and if we are back in the area, it’s at the top of our list. I have had some pretty hit-or-miss Airbnb experiences over the years (domestic and international) but Tracey’s delivered on all fronts and is our family’s “top Airbnb pick.” (so far)!

Great location. 10 min to the beach. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need. Fully stocked kitchen, towels, toiletries. They even had beach toys for my daughter . The pool was clean and there were plenty of floats and pool toys. I would definitely recommend this house. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

Great house for families. This was our second time staying at this house. The house is perfectly located near grocery stores, restaurants and Siesta Key Beach. Also a reasonable distance away from many other beaches. The house feels like a home. Our three kids spent so much time in the pool. The doors have chimes so you can hear if the kids try to go outside. The overhang in the back of the house was perfect for rainy days. Our kids still swam in the rain but it was nice for us to be outside with them and not get wet. Our kids also loved playing the board games at the house. I can’t say enough about this house. We had a great time and look forward to staying again.
