Wonderful stay! The location was great—just minutes from the beach and close to great restaurants. The house was as described: clean, comfortable and everything we needed. The host was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for our son's sporting event for several days. It was exactly as described and more. It was clean and comfortable and there were so many "extras" that we do not usually experience in other rental properties. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supples, spices, coffee, and more (better than any rental we've stayed in). There is not one negative thing I can say about this place or the host. Honorata was extremely responsive and helpful and allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated as we needed to drop our luggage and go to an event. The location was great, a short drive to the beach, stores, etc. and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again next time we are in the area. Thank you Honorata and Conrad for a lovely stay!

This house was spotless, organized and had a loaded kitchen! It is in a amazing location near the beaches and the house came loaded with beach equipment. I would love to come back. Birute was very helpful with us and responsive in timely manner Thansk for all!

Our stay was amazing, Ven was a great host, unfortunately there are always minor issue that come about when staying in properties but their communication was so great it over shadowed all of our concerns! Thank you for the stay!

Great place, we enjoyed the house so much, my wife and I really enjoyed it but our 15 yr old dog got a post vacation depression after being at this house. He was so happy and so were we. Great location, the house has everything you need to disconnect and enjoy few days by the pool. Andrew is a very quick responsive host. Perfect place, perfect days!

Jacob was an accommodating and informative host. He provided recommendations and checked in a few times which was appreciated. The guest house is small, clean, and as described. The location is quiet, albeit about a 20 minute drive from most of the beaches and downtown Sarasota where we spent most of our time. The drive was easy and there are lots of places nearby to get what you need.

My top priorities are cleanliness and quiet. I also appreciate quality bedding and pillows and this host provided those. I am a very light sleeper and struggle to make it through the night but I slept so well! The air conditioning works so well and helped me to rest comfortably. Everything provided was next to new and clean. It’s tastefully decorated and provided a relaxing atmosphere. It is close to groceries and restaurants as well as wonderful beaches. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond to communications. I would stay again. Thank you so much 😊

Glen was a great host. Super responsive any time I sent a message. We were able to check-in early. The place is close to beaches and easy to get anywhere you need to go.

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

This property was fantastic! Located in a great spot near shopping and restaurants, it made exploring Siesta Keys so convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels, a large cooler with wheels, and a cart with wheels—perfect for days at the beach! We absolutely loved the patio and pool area; it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Siesta Keys and would definitely stay here again on our next trip. Truly a wonderful experience!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful home just 10 minutes from Siesta Key. The house was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed; the pool, boat dock, games, comfy beds, and a great TV setup. Everything was perfect. Jennifer was an amazing host as well; very responsive, respectful, and friendly. You can tell she puts a lot of care into keeping the place clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

If you are looking to stay in Sarasota, this is an amazing place. Beyond having the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen in an AirBnB, our hosts were incredibly responsive in addressing any other needs we had. This property felt like home by the time we left, and we have no problems recommending it to anyone!

My wife and I had a great time at this stay. Lots to do at the house along with great beaches and restaurants within a 15-20 minute drive. The house was clean and had everything that you might need. We were able to drive to Disney in just over an hour and a half which provided a different experience to go along with the daily beach/pool trips. Cool AC inside to combat the humid 88 degree weather in June 2025.

We just stayed for Father’s Day weekend and it was incredible! Super easy check in, very clean environment and absolutely adorable room. This was such a treat compared to living in the city. My family and I will absolutely be coming back to stay at Pat’s Farm Stay! The horses are very friendly - Asim was the sweetest boy ever, the sheep, pig and cats were an added bonus. 10/10 recommend! We had such a wonderful stay! Kathleen was incredibly responsive and communicative from start to finish, which made everything feel smooth and easy. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed—and then some! From kitchen essentials to beach gear, games, and even supplies for the kids like markers and paper, every little detail was thought of. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very enjoyable—perfect for relaxing. The home was both pet-friendly and kid-friendly, which was such a relief for our family of five (plus a dog and a cat!). Everything was clean, tidy, and there was plenty of comfortable sleeping space for all of us. The location was also fantastic—close to everything we wanted to do without ever feeling too busy or loud. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a thoughtful, well-equipped, and peaceful place to stay!

This house was adorable! Loved the decor - cute touches and uncluttered throughout. Drawers/cabinets were clearly labeled and there were all sorts of things there that you might have forgotten- even hair ties! Bed was comfortable. Whole place was cozy and comfy- I didn’t want to leave! Tons of great recommendations in the guest book by the front door. I wholeheartedly recommend this home!

We stayed for Memorial day Weekend 2025 and we loved it. The place was clean, very well kept, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a great location near the beach and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to drive far. Lamai, the host, was very friendly and communicative—you can tell she truly wants you to enjoy your stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

The beach house was beautiful, especially the backyard. We enjoyed the pool very much and all the toys available for our kids to use. Perfect place to come home to after a day at the beach.

My husband, cousin and uncle and I stayed at Anna’s for a few days as a home base. We all remarked on how quiet the neighborhood was at night - had some really good sleeps there - but it is also just a few streets away from a great Peruvian restaurant and Mexican restaurant, as well as the fab Red Bug Slough Reserve (great place to see turtles and birds), and it was so easy to get to Siesta Key for sunrise strolls (also not far from St Armands Key). Anna was a responsive host, the descriptions were accurate, the house was well-appointed and clean, and we would all be delighted to stay there again.

5 stars for the location and proximity to everything Sarasota has to offer. The hot / cold water cooler and teas and coffee was nice to have. There’s room for improvement, ie front door and lanai couches but great find overall.
