Apartment holiday rentals in Gümüldür Cumhuriyet

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Studio von Vicky, da es ruhig, in der Nähe des Ortes und einiger Strände gelegen ist. Einige Wanderrouten starten direkt in der Nähe. Die Eltern von Vicky haben uns mit Wein, Mousaka und Kuchen verwöhnt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Beautiful two-bed, two-storey, modern apartment with traditional finishes and modern appliances in a quiet and serene location. We swam several times a day off the rocks at a small pebbly beach, literally a 2min walk, with no one else around. So good. It's a 15min scenic drive into town through small villages; so rustic, and so beautiful, with thermal springs and more swimming spots on the way. It was just how we imagined Ikaria. Amanda was great to deal with and super-helpful. We'd stay here again for sure!

Ev fotoğraflardaki gibi güzel ancak evin bulunduğu muhit çok güzel, sesdiz sakin ve huzurlu idi, Halil bey ve Gülbeyaz hanım çok ilgiliydi, evimizde gibi hissettik, evde ihtiyaç duyulan herşey mevcut, eşyalar yeni ve tertemizdi, gezikebikecek çok fazla tarihi yerler var ve yüzmek için dilek yarımadasındaki tabiat parkı yangın nedeniyle kapalı olduğu için Venüs plajını tercih ettik çok sesdiz ve eşsiz güzellikteydi, tekrar gideceğimiz bir ev, kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum.

Sürecin başından sonuna kadar Alexandros bize çok yardımcı oldu. Ev tam olarak fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Özellikle büyük terasın manzarası ve gün batımını da izlemenize olanak sağlaması çok keyifliydi. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi bulduk. Konum olarak merkeze 10dk yürüyüş mesafesinde ve mahallede araba park etmek için yer bulmak kolaydı. Sakız adasına tekrar geldiğimizde tercih edeceğimiz bir ev, tavsiye ediyoruz.

Konaklama yaptığımız yer harikuladeydi. Otel konforunda, ev sıcaklığını yaşadık. Diş fırçası, havlu, terlik ve benzeri tüm ince detaylar düşünülmüştü. Özellikle bahçeye açılan küçük terası sessiz ve huzurlu vakit geçirmek isteyenler için muazzam bir atmosfer sunuyor. Açıkçası beklediğimizden çok daha geniş ve ferah bir evdi. Arabasız ulaşımda bir tık yorucu yokuşla mücadele etmeniz gerekebilir, ancak buna değer. Tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir yer .

Övgü Hanım harika bir ev sahibi. Çok ilgili ve giriş çıkış saatleri konusunda esneklik sağlıyor. Evin konumu sahile yakın, çevresinde birçok market, restoran ve kafe bulunuyor. Araç park etmek için evin çok yakın çevresinde kolaylıkla yer bulduk. Ev iki kişi için oldukça yeterli. İhtiyacımız olan malzemeler de vardı. Biz hem ev sahibimizden hem de evden çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz ❤️

Melek’s apartment is a well lived in Airbnb, with amenities and even a stacked fridge included. The host is undoubtly an excellent one, she is communicative and friendly. When I had an issue with losing the key, she cancelled an appointment to make time to let me back in. I’m very thankful for this and for having me!

What a perfect place to stay! Every morning our jaw dropped, because of the location and view. Very close to Kokkari centre and to restaurants. We could park our rental car on a private parkingspace next to the apartment. Good to know: the double bed is in the same space as the kitchen. To go from the other "bed"room to the bathroom, you have to cross the bedroom/kitchen. Not a problem for us though (two friends). Highly recommended!

ev çok güzel dekore edilmiş, sakin bir köy de ve sessiz bir koy da yer alıyor. evin önünden bile denize girebiliyorsunuz. hemen yanında yine adanın en iyi restorantlarından biri yer alıyor. kesinlikle konaklama için tekrar gelebileceğimiz güzellikte ve özelliklerde bir ev. Ev sahiplerimiz Kostis ve Ioanna da çok sıcak dost canlısı insanlar. Güzel tavsiye verdiler ve ada da zaman daha güzel geçti.

The appartement is absolutely worth 5 stars out of 5 stars. It has all the facilities that you need and is spacey enough for a holiday. Many restaurants and shops in the immediate surrounding. It is easy to communicate with Giannis, he responds immediately. Our compliments !!

Ozlem Hanim’in evi konum olarak gercekten muhtesem, Sigacik merkeze yurume mesafesinde ve etrafta ne ararsaniz her sey oldukca yakin. Sessiz sakin oldukca yeni ve rahat yeni bir binadaydik, eve giris surecimizdeki destekleri icin Ozlem Hanim’a cok tesekkur ederiz, islerimiz sebebiyle cok gec kalmamiza ragmen bize cok destek oldu 🙏🏻 Sunulan tum olanaklar fazlasiyla yeterliydi ve ev tertemizdi, cok konforluydu. Cok memnun kaldik, 3 kisiydik. Kendi evimizde gibiydik. Sigacik’a bol bol gidip geliyoruz, kesinlikle her gelisimizde burada konaklayacagiz. :)

We spent a week at Aretis' house. The house is located in the middle of nature. The surroundings are beautiful, and the nearby beach is fantastic. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

My stay at Angela's place in Samos was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stayed wonderfully cool even on the hottest days. I really appreciated the personal touches, like the delicious cookies she left for us. Angela's recommendations were spot on, making our trip even more enjoyable. Her communication was excellent, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved every moment of our stay and can't recommend it enough. Thank you, Angela, for making our time in Samos so special!

Ev tertemizdi, her köşesi pırıl pırıldı. Özellikle yatak ve nevresimler mis gibi kokuyordu, gerçekten hijyen açısından içimizi çok rahatlattı. Genel atmosferi çok sakinleştiriciydi, birkaç gün kafa dinlemek isteyen herkes için ideal. Dekorasyondaki doğal tonlar ve ışık düzeni evde huzur veren bir ambiyans yaratıyor. Bizim için gerçekten şehirde küçük ama çok kaliteli bir kaçış noktası oldu.

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

We loved our stay here! We do reccomend a car if you are staying, it made exploring Samos a lot more easy as by foot it may have been impossible and more expensive, the place was good enough to stay in for a day or 2 with the amazing pool and view especially during sunset! The hosts were responsive and kind people, the husband gave us some home made wine when we arrived and a tote bag when we left!

This property is one of a kind! I am so glad I had the opportunity to stay here and I hope to return soon. The views are breathtaking and the unit/property were beautiful!

If ever a name suited the accommodation, Heaven’s Door is it. Great hosts, great facilities and great view. We highly recommend it. If ever we return to Samos we will come back to this very special accommodation.
