We had a great experience with the beyond of our expectations in Elphida’s lovely house. It was easy to find any thing in the house what you will need during your journey in Chios. We felt ourselves like in our own home. Maybe, it will not be easy to reach Avgonyma, where is the village the house located, but when you went there and saw the sunset from the garden, you will understand that you had the best choice for accommodation in Chios. And also you will be able to reach to the “to Asteri”, which is the best restaurant in Chios, within a 30 steps by walk. In addition to all of these, as the best part of your journey, you will have chance to meet with Elphida, the greatest landlord in Chios :) Even you can not meet with her as a person, you will feel that, she will accompany to you during your visit.

My family and I had such a lovely time at this place. Emir is perhaps the best and most supportive airbnb host I have ever interacted with. Much appreciate all your supports throughout our stay, Emir! With regards to the house, there are some really spectacular features about this house: the view of the sea and mountains, the small garden area and of course the pool were the top marks of it for us. That being said, I also think it should be highlighted that the house do require some maintenance work. During our stay, we noticed that the AC unit in the TV room upstairs was broken, the bathtub and shower drains were clogging up from time to time and the kitchen pots and pans were not adequate for large family stays. Somethings to think about addressing for future. All in all, I appreciate our host and if ever go back to the Izmir region I would definitely love to revisit this place! Kind regards, Ramin

We had a lovely stay. Good location, nice facilities such as the swimming pool and two bathrooms, top location within walking distance of the center. Quiet environment. Communication with the host went smoothly. A very hospitable and friendly host.

Me and my family really loved and enjoyed this place . Furkan and his family were great hosts and great individuals who were very helpful and responsive. The place was very clean and everything matched the description. Everything about the place felt like home and I would definitely visit it back again . 10/10 experience

Aylin is a great host! The house is beautiful and located in a cozy village some minutes away from the beach by car. Aylin took care of us and supported us throughout the trip. We totally recommend staying at Aylin’s place!

Beautiful place and so peaceful..

I stayed at this place for 13 days. Chose it because of the location. Being in between ÇEŞME and IZMIR helped a lot. I have to say Kenan was very responsive and kind and answered any questions I might have had.

We loved our stay at Aggeliki’s place. It is such a beautiful home and the setting can’t be any better. Komi is a lovely little beach town. The house is right on the beach. The nice thing is that it’s at the end of town so you don’t get much noise or foot traffic. Aggeliki lives upstairs so if we ever needed anything she was always available but not intrusive. And she brought us some delicious homemade goodies! Highly recommended!

As a crowded group, we chose a fun and calm vacation, we loved the fact that all the rooms downstairs were designed to open to the pool, the common areas are spacious enough, close to the migros, the place is a safe, calm street, we would like to thank Mr. Bulut, who answered our questions and helped us a lot with everything. The house was much bigger than it looked, and the size of the garden and pool was ideal. Very suitable for large groups or families. We parked our car easily. The location of the house is very central, we were very close to everywhere. We were in contact with the host from the very beginning. We had a very nice 3 days, thank you.

Villa was great, good location and fully fulfilled our expectations. Very responsive when asked to provide extra sun beds, couldn’t fault it.

Ms. Dilara and Mr. Mert are so hospitable and warm that you are definitely welcomed as guests, not customers. The house♥️ is extremely useful and enjoyable, you should take your fly repellent, remembering that you are in a forest, but you should definitely come 😄😻 a wonderful house that meets all kinds of needs. Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

This place is an absolute gem! It exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We stayed there as a group of 16 people, and everybody loved it. Some of us even went so far as to vote it the best airbnb we ever stayed in. It is a beautiful villa on the hill surrounded with oleanders and other flower shrubs with spectacular views of the sea and the island. Every apartment has it's own balcony, and the common areas are very spacious and stylishly furnished. Everything is very clean and fresh. The terrace with the pool faces east and provides an opportunity to look at the sunrise over the sea. Panos is very friendly and helpful in many ways. He helped to transport us from and to the ferry, and even drove us to the supermarket to shop groceries and helped with translation at the store. It is a place we really want to return to!

We went with a group of 7 friends, and both the individual areas were sufficient and the common areas were quite enjoyable. Mrs. Selda and Mr. Özdemir helped in every matter without any discussion. The house was sparkling clean, we didn't have the slightest problem with cleaning. They kept the pool active for us 24 hours a day. They were always available. All materials were sufficient. In summary, it was exactly as shown, we did not have the slightest problem.

6 friends stayed 4 nights. The house was great. The pool was clean. It is very advantageous to be so close to Alaçatı and in a quiet neighborhood. Mr. Serhat was very interested, helpful and friendly. Everything mentioned in the explanations is true and realistic. We had a lot of fun, we plan to come here again next year :) Thanks for everything.

The view of the house is great, we had a very nice time on the balcony as it was full shade after noon. The layout of the rooms of the house is effective, only the fact that the house has 3 floors sometimes gets tired. The lowest floor, where the pool is also located, is a pleasant area for barbecue, etc. The house had all the supplies that could be needed and it was clean. We enjoyed every moment of our one week vacation, we would love to stay here again.
