Monthly Rentals in Gunbarrel

We had such a wonderful stay in Boulder at Jennifer’s place. I would definitely return in the future if it is still available. It’s so close to Boulder, Superior, and Louisville. We were there for a month and didn’t feel like we got to everything we hoped to see/do. We loved being close to twin lakes, a great kids park and Avery brewing. The only one minor thing is Gunbarrell didn’t have great restaurants or grocery store, but we just drove 8 minutes into Boulder to dine and for our Whole Foods or Natural Grocers. The place was beautiful, loved being among the trees, WiFi was fast and beds were so comfortable. Thank so much, Jen!

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful time in Boulder June 2025 and it was amazing to come back to Jennie’s place after a long day of hiking and fun! Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, cool and comfortable apartment with kitchen with all the essentials and super comfy bed! Jennie was lovely and always available if we had any questions. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay; I can’t wait to come back and recommend Jennie’s place 100%!

Incredibly kind. Honest and open communication. I stayed with my three, (unforeseen) ill children and still enjoyed the small “faerie nook,” as my daughter called it. I’d love to return with perhaps another lady or two for a quiet ladies’ weekend, with a just one significant other or even alone for some quiet reflection.

Very nice and quiet place to stay with a nice little balcony. Anything you might need is just a few minutes drive away. Needed a little more time for checking out which was not a problem. I would choose the place a second time!
