The large lake property is an adventure place and oasis of relaxation, for swimming, sun & nature, relaxing. The contrast to overflowing lakes. Well secured, only separated from the house by an access road. Plus shared: children's playground, barbecue, fireplace, dining areas, rowboat, 2 SUPs, washing machine, living room with covered terrace.

Whether a relaxation trip or a city vacation, you will find everything your heart desires. The living room offers 2+2 beds (including Comfort sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is used with Schmoltis chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.
