Our house, located in Downtown Gunnison, is the perfect base camp for your family vacation. The house is kid friendly. We are conveniently located one block from the free bus to Crested Butte. No need to have a car. You can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and to the grocery store. We are also a few blocks away from Western Colorado University. The house was fully remodeled in 2017 and is very clean. No pets have been in the house since the remodel. Keyless entry!

This is a clean, spacious condo with two large bedrooms, two newly renovated bathrooms on an end unit with one car garage. Enjoy time exploring the area or grilling on the back patio. Gunnison is known for its rock climbing, endless biking, and hiking trails, beautiful star-filled nights, the golf course, floating on the river, fishing, and the Blue Mesa Reservoir.

An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

If you're looking for a little cozy reconnect with nature and a disconnect from the rat-race, you've found it. The Coyote Cabin is perfect home base for exploring the abundant North Fork Valley.
