The cozy "cottage Pfajfar" is centrally located and yet in a pleasant quiet location on the outskirts of the Norse region in the idyllic village of Guttaring directly on the bike path R7 C (bicycles are at your disposal directly at the house). A 800 m2 garden with fruit trees frames our cottage and is ideal for relaxing, grilling and pets. For grocery deliveries directly to the house, the local dealers are at your disposal. The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

In 1948, the rustic alpine hut of the Ratheiser family was built in an absolutely secluded location and has always been enjoyed by its guests. The Pirkerhütte is well suited for families, friends and nature lovers who want to find a special kind of experience in this place. The Pirkeralm is a wonderful, untouched piece of earth, which gives people rest and strength for everyday life!
