Holiday rentals with a patio in Gwangmyeong-si

구의역이랑 도보로 무척 가까워서 위치가 너무 좋았고 무엇보다 소통이 잘되어서 편하게 지냈습니다!

This was our second long trip to Korea. Until now, we had always stayed in Seoul, but this time we decided to try Songdo — and the result exceeded even our highest expectations. Unlike Seoul, Songdo features ultra-modern buildings, infrastructure, and surroundings. We especially loved the apartment’s location near a student campus and Central Park. The park itself is a true work of art. Since I’m a programmer, I would walk to the park and back almost every day after work — it became part of my routine. Up until now, my favorite place in Korea was Busan, but Songdo is definitely just as amazing. I love Korea for its technology, cleanliness, and modern vibe. Staying in this apartment in Songdo was the perfect way to experience all of that.

가성비 좋은 숙소에요

Minji was a highly communicative and considerate host, ensuring a smooth check in experience with her proactive messages on the day of arrival. The accommodation faces a small hill as shown in the photos, which provides a sense of privacy even when using the balcony. The surrounding neighborhood consists of local residences, making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are local restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance, and parking in the area was hassle free. One thing to note: while Minji did explain this in advance, the elevator does not reach the top floor, so guests with large suitcases may need to make a bit of extra effort. Also, the ceiling is sloped and relatively low in some areas, which could be slightly inconvenient for taller guests.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

Bien situé, il y a plusieurs adresses que peter nous a recommandé qui valent le detour. Staff super gentil et à l’écoute, je remercie surtout la dame qui est toujours souriante et qui a été très chaleureuse à notre arrivée. Le logement est très bien, simple et confortable. Le service de machine a laver est très appréciée merci pour votre accueil !

The place was spacious, comfortable and modernly furnished. Home appliances look new and modern. Location is within short train ride to many tourist places. Owner is very responsive and even bought delicious bread on one of the days. Exterior may look a bit old but the interior is great and completely different and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

I loved how cozy this apartment was! Leah was also really kind to let us leave our luggage at the house before the check in time while we went out going about our day. Although the apartment is on the 4th storey without an elevator, I think the house and roof top access makes up for it! It is also located in a convenient location with Itaewon metro station being an 800m walk away. Highly recommend this place and will book it again when i visit Seoul next time!

We had a great stay in a lovely home. Two minutes walk to a nice cafe, five minute walk to two large supermarkets and 10 minutes walk to the metro station. We liked the big windows that let in so much light and small garden at the house. It was so peaceful and private. And perfectly positioned for our needs. I would happily return.

It's an amazing airbnb. I was here last year as well but had to come back because of how perfect it was for me and my plans. Big thanks to the great host!

처음으로 이용해보는거라 걱정도 많았지만 친절한 설명과 이해쉽게 안내해주어서 편하게 숙소에 도착할 수있었어요~~내 집에 친구들을 초대한것 같은 느낌으루 지인들과 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있어 좋았습니다. 일단 5층이랑 옥상루프탑을 단독으루 사용 할 수 있어서 최고였습니다. 특히 침대베드가 너무좋아서 잠을 너무 편히 잘 수 있었습니다 지인들과 좋은 시간 보낼 수 있어 감사했습니다

Had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, well-furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were thoughtful, and everything I needed was readily available. The location was perfect - very close to subway station, and the place was peaceful and quiet.

Daniel’s place was spotless, well stocked and located in an extremely convenient area - easily walkable to my main Seongsu shopping streets, Forest Park and Line 2 which links up to Hongdae (i.e. easy and cheap to get to from airport)! I stayed with only one other person so my friend and I were able to enjoy a double bed each and generously spacious bedrooms that each had air conditioning and full length mirrors. Daniel himself was also easily reachable and provided prompt and clear responses :) Do note that there are a couple stairs to climb which will be difficult for those who are mobility impaired, and as it is a centrally located space it can get a little noisy especially on Friday and Saturday nights, however we both did not find the noise too disruptive. Would 100% stay here again next time I’m in Seoul!
