Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Set at the end of a quiet lane, this 'chocolate box' cottage is situated in the rolling hills of South Devon, 1 mile from the River Teign, 3.5 miles from the coast and 7 miles from Dartmoor. Dating from 1672, the cottage has recently been renovated and offers a great base for bird-watching, hiking, cycling, kayaking, water skiing, playing golf or just relaxing. A beautiful appointed kitchen/diner with low beamed ceiling.Lounge has original oak beams and wood stove. Bedroom with 4 poster bed and one double bedroom Bed settee in the living room. Shower and claw foot bath. Private parking is available directly outside the cottage. The courtyard at the back has furniture for outside dining. Two well behaved dogs allowed with prior agreement.

Lower Netherton - cosy shepherd's hut

Our bespoke and lovingly constructed shepherd's hut is close to Newton Abbot, the beautiful village of Shaldon and the coast. Only 1.7 miles from the railway station. The hut consists of an elevated double bed, sink, fridge with a small freezer compartment and cooking facilities, with separate toilet and shower. You can relax with a book inside, or light the fire pit/ BBQ outside and enjoy some quiet space to yourself whist gazing at the stars.

Willow is a lovely, recently converted self contained suite. It overlooks the park and garden, and has been thoughtfully finished with your comfort and relaxation in mind.
