The cottage is located on a beautiful natural plot, where you can often see deer and squirrels from the living room/terrace, and at the same time, it is less than 200 meters to the swimming pool, shopping area and the playground. Near the apartment there are several good restaurants, cozy bars and ample opportunity for shopping and grocery shopping. Welcome to our cozy and charming apartment in the heart of Haderslev, a historic city rich in culture and atmosphere. The apartment is located only 100 meters from the pedestrian street, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. There is also a small roof terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Parking is available right by the apartment, also for electric cars.

Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Gården er en gammel slægstgård, som ligger tæt på Ribe, Vikingecentret, Vadehavet, Legoland og skøn jysk natur. Her har generationer boet og opdyrket et hede-landskab, der nu står som agerjord og skov. I dag er gården beboet af Eva og Niels, papegøjerne, hundene, de islandske heste, hønsene og kattene Alicia og Matrosky. Naturen omkring gården inviterer til gode gå- og rideture. Haven er et godt sted for børn, med god plads til leg på gynger, basketball og trampolin. Gården er økologisk.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

NO Youth groups 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom, 1 kitchen/ living room, separate entrance. (Living area about 75 m2) The apartment is a ground floor-apartment , but you have to use an outdoor or indoor staircase. Not suitable for people with disabilities. There is a lovely view to the garden from both bedrooms. Our house is situated in a quiet area near municipal park.
