Die Wohnung ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern (Abseiten), 1 komplett ausgestattete Küche und 1 Bad mit Duschwanne. Die gesamte Wohnung ist knapp 80qm groß, liegt im Obergeschoss und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung wird mit einer Wärmepumpe beheizt und im Sommer gekühlt. Im Winter kann auch der Ofen genutzt werden (Brennholz ist in üblichen Mengen gegen Gebühr bei uns erhältlich).
