It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun.
