The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house and is about 30 square meters. In a few minutes you can walk to the town center (500 m) with various restaurants, ice cream shops, shops and of course Lake Constance (300 m), which invites you to swim. A covered terrace allows you to sit outside even in bad weather.

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.
