There is very little passing traffic and as we’re on the outskirts it’s about a 20 mins walk to the centre of the town but are very close to the South Downs, a 5 minute walk away and the gateway to the South Down way and the National Park. (Smoking only allowed outside) Close to Brighton and good access to public transport and a main line to London.

The Stables is a converted self-catering cottage in what was the original stables and coach house of Boreham House bed and breakfast and is ideal for couples or families. Inside the cottage the accommodation has been renovated to a very high standard while retaining much of the original character. It's as close as you can get to a treehouse with all the comforts of home. You can even book a massage onsite :) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The Jungle is a peaceful self-contained one-bed barn conversion in the grounds of our village house. It takes its' name from the colourful collection of animal curios we have collected and will delight anyone with a sense of fun and adventure. Guests have commented that the property is much larger than the photographs suggest.
