Julia was very attentive from booking to arriving and leaving the property , a beautiful house and surroundings perfect for our family celebrations, the hot tub was a added bonus and the games room was also fab , the property had everything we needed

Amazing property set in stunning grounds. We had planned to go out over the weekend but never left! The weather also made it for us meaning we got full use of the private grounds, hot tub and garden furniture whilst we spotted wild hare and deer running around the attached farm fields. The views were stunning. The house was very clean, spacious and well appointed. The garden room was everybody’s favourite! The beds were comfy, the showers and bath were great. The kitchen/ dining space was perfect. The hosts were responsive and also left a welcome basket. We also had fun playing ‘Shout Out’. What a fantastic weekend our party had, it was perfect from start to finish. Thank you! ☺️

Absolutely beautiful home. Everything you need there and immaculately presented. Great for easy access to local hotspots and walks too. Hot tub was lovely with towels provided. Lots of helpful information and host was really responsive with my questions before arrival. We used for a girls (over 50’s!) weekend but would be perfect for families too.

I had a fantastic 3-night stay at this lovely place in Lancaster towards the end of May. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from the comfortable bed to the well-stocked kitchen. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and the surrounding countryside. The location is quiet but still very convenient — just a short walk or drive from shops, restaurants, and some beautiful walks. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and they were really welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Lancaster and would happily stay again!

Overall we had a great stay at the coach house, a group of us celebrated a birthday with a quiet weekend and it was perfect. The place was clean and peaceful, the surrounding area and views were lovely. The hosts’ were very responsive and helpful. The facilities were great and the location was easy to find. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing spot with a cosy feel, this will be great. There isn’t much near by but there are great locations within short driving distances.

The lodge was beautiful, we had a lovely peaceful weekend. They also had Netflix already on the tv which was great for a cosy night in. The scenery around was beautiful and would definitely go back. The only negative was we were excited about the pizza oven but wasn’t actually able to use it.

Fantastic place to stay! Very clean and designed well, we enjoyed our visit. Location was good to get to Liverpool and Blackpool and it also peaceful and private to relax in. The hot tub was one if many things to look forward to at Stuarts Farm! Swimming pool was a great addition, plenty of space to move about in. Would definitely recommend others to visit.

Such a great find this was, in the middle of nowhere , gorgeous in the days and even better at night. So many walks to do round there but most afternoons we were in the house and would definitely go again

We come up from London for a christening. We needed a place to stay. When I come across Kate’s place. I fell in love. It was everything and more. I straight away felt at home the beds were so so comfortable. The place was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Absolutely worth every penny. And we most definitely will stay again hopefully in November 🤞🏼 Thank you Kate. 🙏🏻

Great little place. Felt like home from the minute we arrived. Great location, easy access to the property and had everything we needed for the weekend. Can’t fault a thing. Couple of nice touches with the photo of Deepdale behind the door and the preston monopoly too 😃👍

We had such a lovely stay in the cottage, it is very homely and fits it perfectly with the surrounding farm. The beds are VERY comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. We did lots of walking from the cottage, and also went out in the car to explore further - there are no local facilities local without getting in the car. Nicola (farmer) and coworker were lovely and friendly. Only downside (very slight) is very bumpy lane getting to cottage. Thank you for a great stay.

Lynne's place was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations! You always think, when looking at pictures, that it won't really look like that, they've just taken the 'best' photographs, but certainly not in this case - what you see is what you get! Additionally, this beautiful home is of a very high specification and moreso surrounded by amazing views. This really was a much needed escape to the beautiful countryside! Thank you, Lynne, you have great taste!

We had a very enjoyable stay and at Lorraine's recommendation spent time discovering Whalley. Very convenient for walks and the Co-op in Whalley was handy for food shopping. Plenty to do in the day and evenings. If no one wants to drive a convenient bus service too takes you in to Whalley. It was nice to have a house which had such a beautiful view from the garden.

Thank you so much to Gill and Tom for a lovely stay. The coach house was beautiful, cosy yet spacious and had everything we needed. It was immaculate and well looked after, a real home from home. The local pub/restaurant with a stunning views of the estuary is only a stones throw away and the coach house looks out onto a field giving it a lovely rural feel whilst still being close to local amenities. Gill and Tom are really lovely, friendly, kind people and couldn’t do enough for us. We will be booking again and also recommending to family and friends. Thank you Gill and Tom ❤️

We had a wonderful stay in Parbold. The cottage itself is beautifully appointed. The variety of options of items available for our stay were way above our expectations. The thoughtful provision of local goods and produce with a huge focus on sustainability was just superb. Alastair was a wonderful host, very responsive and could not be more helpful. He has great recommendations for where to eat as well which were much appreciated. We were in the area for some concerts and were able to comfortably work remotely from the cottage for the duration of our stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here. We only wish we could have stayed longer and spent some time exploring the countryside and canal and river walks. Superb.

A beautiful cottage in a peaceful countryside location. 20 minutes to Blackpool, just a little further to Lytham & St Anne's. Cottage was spotless, the beds very comfy as were the pillows. Gemma very friendly, gave advice regarding the local area. She even sent a message the night before we left that there was no rush to be out in the morning. The milk, beers and snacks were very much appreciated on our arrival. I would highly recommend this property!!!!

A fabulous 2 night stay at Swallows rest, and we could have all easily stayed for a week! Beautiful location with stunning views, so peaceful. Looking out to fields with lambs (very entertaining). A home away from home, well equipped kitchen - mum managed to cook a roast on the day we arrived - lamb (awful choice on our part considering our field neighbours!), comfy sofas and even comfier beds! The accomodation was spotless and pristine! We were staying for a wedding and Emma was kind enough to recommend a local hair salon, which we then booked. A full length mirror would be my only suggestion but this was only so we could check our wedding outfits! Would recommend a stay here, a great base for exploring. Thank you Emma and family :)

My family came over from Portugal to visit and stayed at little Cobbes for a week. They had a lovely stay and were made to feel at home. Everything was spotless and the cottage had everything you would hope for. The hosts were very acomodating and we would definitely book them in the future again!

Such a lovely wee place in an equally lovely part of the country. Would happily look it up if I planned to return to the area and would also happily recommend it to others. We (4 adults) stayed for 2 nights and we never felt like we were in each others way. We used the stay as a base for a recent concert at Anfield, transport into Liverpool was easy, we used Merseyrail from Ormskirk. We also chose here to have the calmness of the country to chill too. Thanks again!

What a beautiful cottage! It retains all the charm of its long history, while offering up-to-the-minute amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and pristine, with fresh white linens, and everything you need and more to begin your stay. Behind the house is a private garden and terrace, overlooking miles of fields and trees. We found peace and tranquillity here.

A very lovely cottage with everything we needed. Well decorated and sparkly clean. Beds were outrageously comfortable and the added little extras around made our stay very enjoyable. A convenient general store, nice eateries too. A pretty village with a river running through. We had events planned so didn’t get time to explore much but it’s a lovely spot with amazing countryside on the doorstep. Catherine’s communication was so helpful and we appreciated the ease of self check in. Many thanks if we are this way again we would definitely love to stay again 🌷
