There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. Luxury, Modern, Open plan studio for two adults and one infant. Parking, EV charger, double bed, sofa bed, Wi-Fi, televisions, mood lighting, kitchenette bar, patio. Painted in ultra low VOC, sustainable paint. Park 3 metres from the front door. Relax on the Emma Mattress bed or unwind on the sofa whilst watching 4K smart TV (both areas). Cool your drinks and ice cream in the fridge-freezer or mix a cocktail. For breakfast utilise the espresso machine, toaster, kettle and microwave.

No 2 Tom's Yard is a self contained studio/Flat in a peaceful location, 20 minutes walk from the town Centre and beaches. Perfect for couples. It is independent (only for you), with a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a travel cot, en suite shower, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, twin hob, microwave and wifi. Ideally situated to explore both the golden beaches and the surrounding area. We have a studio nearby and can offer screenprinting as an extra activity to your holiday.

The Crib - Private patio, parking and WiFi

The Crib sleeps 2 (double bed) & is a comfortable open plan space to relax and enjoy your trip to St Ives. We are in a quiet residential area, just 12 minutes walk downhill to St Ives centre, its fabulous art galleries such as ‘The Tate St Ives’, the many independent shops, bars, restaurants & all of St Ives 5 stunning beaches. We are a 2 minute walk to the world famous ‘Leach Pottery’. The South West coast path & Penwith Moors, both areas of outstanding natural beauty are close by.

The Studio

The studio is a bright, airy self contained space with a mezzanine platform that provides the sleeping area, which is accessed via a ladder. There is an outside area for storage, drying wetsuits or simply chilling in the sun with a cold beer or cuppa tea. We are a 10 minute walk from the town centre where you'll find an amazing choice of funky shops, exciting fresh food restaurants, long coastal walks, Art galleries and of course...our world renowned beaches and surf breaks!!

Welcome to ‘Little Croft’. A beautiful, light, modern annexe with parking, located at the top of St Ives in an idyllic setting. ‘Little Croft’ is attached to ‘Lowena Croft’- our house. We are ‘the Eagers’ a busy, lively and loving family of 5. Chris (green fingered Landscape Architect), Anna (Product Developer in the fashion industry), Marni (our imaginative little wannabe singer), Anais (a star in the making, often found hanging from a tree) and Rudi (the littlest one)
