The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

The 60-sqm self-contained apartment is located in Marl-Hüls in a central, yet very quiet side street. It is only 200 m to the nearest bus stop, from there you can reach the Marl-Sinsen train station or the S-Bahn station Marl-Mitte with connections to Münster or Essen or Haltern am See or Wuppertal in a few minutes. One bed is in the bedroom, in the living room of the apartment there is a sofa bed.

Our apartment is located in a quiet neighboring street in Herten. The A 43 and A2 are very easy to reach. The apartment consists of a large room with two single beds and a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need such as oven, stove, fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The apartment is suitable for max. 3 adults or 2 adults with max. 2 children.

Shopping facilities such as supermarkets and bakeries are located 500 - 1000 meters away in the center of Seppenrade. The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions, for example, to the Dülmen Wild Horses, Olfen Steverauen, Halterner reservoirs or the 100-castle route.
