You can reach downtown Dortmund by train in 10 minutes, with the station just a 10-minute walk away. Thanks to the B236 and A2, you’re also well-connected to surrounding areas by car.

Die drei Etagen verfügen über drei Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern mit Regendusche und Badewanne. Zwei Etagen verfügen über einen großzügigen Balkon bzw. eine Dachterrasse mit Südausrichtung und einem unvergleichlichen Blick auf den Phönix See. Ca. 10 min zum Signal-Iduna park.

Unser Haus befindet sich in der Nähe vom Naherholungsgebiet "Bocholter Stadtwald", der Naturoase "Bocholter Aasee" und der Westfälischen Fachhochschule. Wir liegen direkt an den Radrouten "Naturpark Hohe Mark-Route", "Bocholter Aa" und der "100-Schlösser-Route". Also prima Fahrradparadies und alles flach! Holland ist auch nur 10 km entfernt. Ich halte mich an das erweiterte Reinigungsprotokoll von Airbnb. Wenn ihr mit dem Auto kommt, dann parkt bitte in der Straße“ am Sandbach“.

Unser Haus an der Werse: inmitten der Natur und dennoch nur 20 Fahrradminuten zum Prinzipalmarkt. Das Ferienhaus steht auf einem 1000 m² großen Grundstück und bietet einen direkten Zugang zur Werse. Das Landschaftsschutzgebiet zeichnet sich durch die typischen Bootshäuser aus die wie Perlen auf einer Kette an dem idyllischen Fluss liegen. Im nahen Freibad Stapelskotten kann man schwimmen, der Rad- und Wanderweg beginnt vor der Tür und der Bootsverleih ist auch nicht weit..

A bathroom with a bathtub and shower is at your disposal. In addition to the washing machine and dryer, our kitchen and living room with fireplace on the ground floor can also be used. They each have 2 large windows and a shared bathroom and are equipped with a wardrobe, desk, chair, bed and shelf. Public transport: 5 minutes' walk to the U72. Main station 24 minutes - airport 30 minutes - Fair 41 min. - Old town/City 19 min. We have a guest bike.
