The Piggery by The Orchard is a delightful, sun filled, light and airy, two-bedroom, two-bathroom detached home on Ham Farm. Stylish, cosy and beautifully designed and handmade by artists, The Piggery offers a unique and unforgettable stay near the coast in Devon. The traditional Orchard to the South, planted by us twenty-four years ago, boasts vintage cider apples, delicious cookers and eaters plus mulberry, plums, perry pears, medlar and quince. We produce our own cider and apple juice too..

The Granary

Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway. Situated down a country lane amidst a farming community on an ex-farm. This lovely detached barn conversion has all the amenities complete with private parking and exclusive garden area. Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Totnes are all within 15/20 mins reach. The nearest beach is also within 20 mins. Dartmoor is 45 mins away with beautiful scenery and fabulous walks. The Granary is ideal as a quiet get-away or a base from which to explore the area.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Peaceful cottage set in beautiful countryside

Ashwell Cottage is located in the grounds of our home, Ashwell House at the end of a country lane in the heart of the peaceful and tranquil Devon countryside. The Cottage was completely renovated in 2019. It has its own cottage garden, which in turn is set in the substantial grounds of Ashwell House. French doors open out onto a patio area with an outdoor dining space. The loudest noise you are likely to hear is the occasional passing tractor, and our own normally well behaved dog.

Swallows Nest

Swallows Nest is nestled in a cosy courtyard of a working farm in the heart of the South Hams, an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Devon Countryside. Our bespoke shepherds hut is a perfect romantic get away. This newly built self catering hut is finished to a high standard with a warm cosy country feel, perfect for couples looking for a peaceful get away relaxing in the hot tub under the stars with a glass of fizz.

The Granary Retreat is a beautifully converted, and recently renovated, self-catering space for two in South Milton. Minutes from the beach and beautifully quiet, you won't want to leave! With its beautiful and calm interiors, including a luxury bath in the bedroom, kitchen, patio area and outdoor seating it's the perfect place for a romantic getaway. Available for short breaks and longer stays all year round.

The Owl's Nest

Take it easy at the unique tree house getaway nestled within a woodland in South Devon. A tranquil location allows for anyone staying in this cosy cabin to have a relaxing and memorable experience. Less than 1 mile from the South West coast path and the famous surfing beach at Bantham, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 'Rockpool' sleeps two people in an open plan studio set up. Light and airy accommodation with stunning views across the valley of West Buckland. There is off street parking on a shared drive and the apartment opens onto the shared front garden of the main house.
