Tanja's place needs 6 Stars! The studio is perfect for one and cozy for two. The space is well thought out and there's everything you need. The log fire is a bonus on colder days. There are beautiful walks up the byway and across the fields into Biddenden or you can cycle along the quieter roads if you plan carefully. Sissinghurst, Great Dixter, Hole Park and other beautiful gardens are all easily reached as well as pretty towns such as Tenterden, Rye and Cranbrook. Headcorn has a rail station with trains to London, Canterbury, Dover. There's a reliable bus service to Headcorn from Biddenden. Corner shop in Biddenden but nearest supermarket is in Tenterden. There's so much to see and do and after a busy day, the Studio is wonderful to come back to. It's also private and not overlooked but Tanja and partner are welcoming and very helpful if needed. I had an amazing 2 month stay and was sad to leave. Lovely people and lovely place. You can't go wrong with The Studio.

Just returned from a weekend stay at the old dairy and it was more than my expectations. The grounds are spacious with so much wildlife about to watch, and lots of areas to sit and relax, with a summer house and outdoor dining too. Norah was so accommodating and told us that the grounds were ours to enjoy during our stay. Norah also stocked the kitchen with bread, butter, jams, fruit, milk etc, also beverages. The bedding was of the highest quality, a restful sleep assured. plenty of books, dvd's and games to amuse oneself. This is a real gem of a find, and with Norahs hospitality makes it a 5* for me. A lovely peaceful place to relax away from the hustle. Thanks Norah ❤️

I had a great stay at Kelly's house and in fact extended by an extra two days!! Very comfortable house and very warm which was handy as the weather was very cold!! All the furniture was comfortable especially the bed and I slept really well I would definitely stay here again when I am next in the area!!

Absolutely loved my stay here came with some friends and we had the best time, was a perfect location very nice a peaceful perfect for a relaxing weekend! Inside is beautiful very clean and got everything you need was amazing! Very close to ashford outlet and Folkestone town which was perfect would definitely come back!
