In winter, you can access the ski slope from the ice in front of the cottage. In addition, the ski slopes of the Timitra ski resort are within walking distance of the cottage. In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, the city's services are available a few kilometers away.

The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

A two-bedroom house (75 m2) 60 metres from the lake and a sauna cottage 20 metres from the shore of lake Viinijärvi, in Polvijärvi, in very beautiful surroundings, 25 minutes by car from the centre of Joensuu. The house is well equipped and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has a dishwasher and TV. The bathroom also contains an infrared sauna, but there is also a wood heated sauna by the lake.
