The last bastion of Einbeck

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Half-timbered house

Our charming half-timbered house has two bedrooms, a small bathroom, a kitchen with sitting area and a living room. On the first floor there is a bedroom and the bathroom. Via the stairs in the hallway you reach the 2nd floor the living room with access to the kitchen. Another flight of stairs in the living room leads you to the open gallery as a second sleeping area. Please note that the cottage is not childproof due to the many stairs! Our basement has space for bicycles.

Large house on the edge of the beautiful Solling and the Weser Uplands. The house offers a garden with a sandbox and plenty of space to play, for example, Viking chess or badminton. In the beach chair you can enjoy the evening sun. For the colder days, a conservatory and fireplace are also available. There is a sauna, which can be used for a fee. The house is ideal for family gatherings, community vacations or to escape the city and unwind in beautiful nature.

Cozy basement apartment

Centrally located in the beautiful Edertal in the Kellerwald National Park. Only 5 minutes' drive from Lake Edersee and 10 minutes from Waldeck Castle, which offers a beautiful view over Lake Edersee as well as the national park. Here you can relax in peace, lie in the garden or take advantage of the many possibilities of the third largest reservoir in Germany. Stand-up paddle and bicycle can be rented on site at an extra cost and deposit.

This approx. 37 sqm cozy apartment has been renovated with a lot of love and a lot of natural building materials, so that the charm that such an old house can radiate was not lost. It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Welcome to our vacation home with a beautiful garden on the outskirts of Arenshausen. Lovingly furnished, it has everything you need for a vacation and relaxation, from an espresso maker to a charcoal grill. Two bikes are available for exploring the area. Good location for hikes and excursions in beautiful Eichsfeld. Super climbing walls within walking distance (13 min.) with 63 routes, difficulty level 5-9+.

Family Waldkauz Neighboring house in the middle of the forest

With the renovation of our neighboring house, we have realized a dream. We feel extremely comfortable there, and have thus created a place where even more than four people can comfortably experience the magic of our forest and its tranquility. We see this place as an invitation to enjoy soothing community: be it in a family setting, for meetings as school or study friends or newer, warm acquaintances.

Quiet room with private bathroom and entrance

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

Tiny house-style vacation home

Just a 3-minute walk from the Werser ferry Veckerhagen, a cozy apartment awaits you here, in our half-timbered house. In the beautifully landscaped garden you can simply relax, and the spacious terrace invites you to barbecue. You are welcome to play the pool table.

Comfortable retreat on the Weser bike path

The old drawers' house was converted into a residential building in the 80s. In the meantime, we took another hand. Now guests can spend their holidays in this lovingly renovated cottage or just relax for a weekend. - Right on the Weser Cycle Path.
