Our beautiful, bright and spacious house in Frechen/Cologne is suitable for business travelers, travelers, as well as families with children due to its good transport connection, room layout and facilities. Our charming house is located in the Bachem district which is very quiet. It is mostly families who live there. The forest is very close and the air quality is excellent. The house is newly renovated and is divided into two levels with 110 m².

Dear guests, Unfortunately, Düsseldorf has introduced a bed tax and I had to increase the room price. We rent 3 rooms (separate listings) in the basement of our house. They each have 2 large windows and a shared bathroom and are equipped with a wardrobe, desk, chair, bed and shelf. Public transport: 5 minutes' walk to the U72. Main station 24 minutes - airport 30 minutes - Fair 41 min. - Old town/City 19 min. We have a guest bike.

The vacation home is located in Asselt, directly on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4 km). The house has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king-size beds, 2 single beds) a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and separate shower. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.

The highlight is the small private beach directly on the property. Stay in a cozy little cottage for up to 4 people and your dog is also welcome.
