Farmstay holiday rentals in Harpeth River

My husband, 5&3 year old children and our old lady pup Molli enjoyed a 5-night stay at Jorie’s cottage while in the area visiting family over the Easter holiday. The cottage was the perfect peaceful getaway, being in close proximity to area attractions. We definitely would recommend this cottage to anyone that needs a homier place to stay while in this area of Tennessee.

Judy made our stay fabulous. Great communication and instructions on how to get there and self check in was easy. We will book again when travel to Nashville or close to. Did I mention how clean the place is? It was a nice quick ride to broadway but far enough away to feel like you are away from everything. So nice to have a quiet space to re set from the hustle and busy of the city. Cleaner than a hotel and comforts of home. Perfect stay!

This place is gorgeous. We visited for a surprise birthday party and have considered making this an annual trip. We felt safe having our kids explore, which there was plenty to explore! The trails are well kept, the bridge is so cute, and the waterfall is so relaxing. We walked the trail several times. The fruit orchard is great. My kids LOVED walking around and eating fruit and collecting eggs. The weather wasn’t the most friendly, but we enjoyed the variety of available games in the kitchen area and had a great time. We had enough firewood to burn wood for 2 nights. It’s a great venue.

We enjoyed our stay at Troy’s place. The house was nicely decorated and more than spacious for the two of us. We loved the setting. Even though we were a few minutes from all of the action, it felt like we were in the countryside. The place is as described: clean and welcoming. We appreciated finding extra paper products, washing and cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers, foil, wraps and all kinds of seasonings, olive oil, vinegar etc.. that one doesn’t usually find in other Airbnb places. That extra touch from the hosts was most welcomed and appreciated. Since we have family in Franklin we will be visiting again and will definitely consider staying at Troy’s place if it’s available.

Dana was such a great host, so friendly ,helpful and responsive. I loved every minute at valentinos resort. Just as described so peaceful and quiet. loved relaxing and just looking at nature and the beautiful scenery. This was my first air bnb rental and I was nervous but dana was so helpful and friendly she put me right at ease and made our stay wonderful. clean and well furnished just as described, loved the country memorabilia and overall feel. if i ever find myself in nashville again I will definitely book again. Very spacious house, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, nice grill on natural gas. 1 very big master bedroom with kingbed and TV, 1 extra bedroom with a queen bed and TV and an extra queen bed. Also TV in the living room. Very pet friendly. Gras in front and in the back. We felt immediately at home. Everything you need is available. Gail is a great host. Very responsive and ready to help and she gave recommendations for restaurants. Nice surroundings with a lot of hiking trails in the area. Franklin only 15 min away and Nashville only 25 min ! I can really recommend this house. We spend there 6 days and were very satisfied !!!

This is the perfect place for someone who doesn’t like the noise of a hotel. It’s in a beautiful place that is close enough to downtown, the airport, and Opryland if that’s where you want to go. Bed is comfortable and water pressure is good. David is there and friendly if you need him but also gives you total privacy.

My husband and our two dogs travelled to Nashville for a continuing education conference. The home was perfect for the four of us. The home was clean, private and just as described. Our dogs enjoyed stretching their legs in the private backyard. Being just 13 minutes from Music City Center, it made an easy commute for the conference and exploring downtown. We hope to come back to Nashville soon, we loved it. Ashley’s home would be our first pick of where to stay!

Our Midwestern family of 4 + pups usually heads to a coast every summer, and we usually look for somewhere unique to spend the night and break up the drive. This was absolutely one of the coolest stays we've had! The house is adorable, so eclectic from Grace's fabulous art, to all the musical trinkets sprinkled about. Beds were super cozy, beautiful porch, just felt right at home. The best part... we got to meet Grace and she gave us a personal tour of all her special animals! We held baby peacocks and chickens, pet and brushed donkeys, so cool! She also gave us a tour of her art studio. She was just so kind and personable. If you love art, music and animals THIS is your place. We will be back next time passing through the Nashville area!

We love staying at Kellie's! It's a very relaxing time while we're there, which is exactly what we all needed. We enjoy watching all of the animals wander about. The location is perfect for what we wanted. Remote enough to get away from the hurried pace yet close enough to get to everything else on our agenda. This was our second stay and we have yet had a chance to take some time to go fishing though :( Maybe the next time :) I must add that the bed in the Master made me want to stay in it longer than my internal clock and body would let me. Very comfortable for me and very much appreciated. Looking forward to returning, maybe next year sometime.

Deb's home was so special! It was so beautiful on the inside and so peaceful on the outside. I really enjoyed the swing on the porch! She was super helpful and so kind. If I'm ever back in this part of Tennessee, I would definitely stay there again. It was the perfect spot!

The home was exactly what was displayed. Communication was proactive and we didn't experience any issues. The location is about 15 minutes away from the city and still far enough to be in a peaceful area with a great backyard view.

When we saw the photos of this home online we could tell immediately this was going to be a cozy, beautiful space. It lived up to that and more in person. Not only that, but Kasey and JT could not be better hosts in every sense of the word. They were beyond friendly, helpful, kind, and welcoming to not only their home but their incredible town of Leiper’s Fork. When we come back to TN in the future, this will be the only place we’ll be staying at. PS - Bagel is the master at being effortlessly interesting.

Peaceful place, very clean and beautiful views. The creek was beautiful we enjoyed it. The hostess left some welcome muffins, there were eggs and coffee. Very thankful. Peaceful and beautiful place. We would love to visit again and recommend to friends and family.

The place was so cutesy, cozy, and comfortable! My party really appreciate how organized everything was. We were also very grateful that things such as dishware, cookware, cleaning supplies were all abundantly provided. Also, all the instructions from our host Jonah were so clear and helpful! We give this place a 10/10!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay. The living room and kitchen space were perfect for slow mornings with coffee and cooking big group dinners at night. (There is a grocery store minutes away that came in clutch.) The back porch is a dream. The view is unreal and the natural surroundings are so peaceful. The beds were all comfortable and we left feeling so rested!

We had such a wonderful stay! The environment was incredibly peaceful, just what we needed to relax and recharge. One of the highlights for us was how friendly and therapeutic the dogs were! They were so sweet and welcoming, and it really added a special touch to the experience. You can tell this place is cared for with love. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, cozy getaway with some furry friends to brighten your day!

This little farm house was perfect! Decorated darling very comfortable on a beautiful farm. Across the street from The Factory a great little shopping and restaurant area. Only 30 minutes from Nashville airport. Close to down town Franklin we loved it!

The Farm was the perfect "home away from home" for our family. Never have I felt more "at home" when traveling than I did staying here. The decor and cleanliness are immediately relaxing. We found ourselves wishing we could just pick this house up and move it back to Virginia with us :) My only "complaints" (which really aren't complaint as much as observations) were that we are a family of 5 and for the first time shared ONE single bathroom. That was a little difficult at times BUT we made it work. Also, the beds were comfy but a little squeaky . . . Speaking of the bathroom . . . the window in the shower lit up the bathroom beautifully during the day providing ample light for all our needs. I would highly recommend this house and host!

Dayspring Inn was absolutely beautiful! The hosts Wanda and Jerry are wonderful people to book with. Check in instructions were clear and flexible. Excellent response time when asked questions prior to our arrival and they were available during our stay if we needed them. On the day of our arrival we were offered farm fresh eggs to eat during our stay. Ps their eggs are delicious! If you are looking to connect with nature and see tons of lighting bugs,sit on the front porch swing and drink your coffee this is the perfect place. It is off the beaten path of highways with breathtaking views in every direction while driving to the house. At the house the views are just as spectacular. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy local offerings as we were in town for a wedding and all the festivities but from what we saw it seems to be lovely area of Tennessee.
