We had a great day at Jim’s place. It had all kinds of nice amenities to make us feel at home. Had a nice visit with Jim and he gave us many recommendations and ideas about things to do in the area. I can highly recommend staying here as I hope to come back.

We had the most incredible weekend celebrating my cousin’s birthday and bachelorette at this house. It was so clean, exactly as advertised, so beautiful and spacious!! Our hosts were so friendly and helpful too - so easy to get in touch with. Literally could not have gone better, highly recommend!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

We stayed at Nick & Taylor’s for six days and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you need. I loved that there is a washer and dryer upstairs. We have always stayed in a hotel when visiting our family but from now on we will gladly stay here if available.

Anthony is an amazing host, he made the stay super easy and had awesome recommendations for Nashville! Would highly recommend this spot!

I’ve rented Issac home about 3/4 time and every time it’s a joy being there for a few days. Even this time a movie theater was added even though we didn’t do a movie night but just to see that was a big up grade to the house. Phenomenal home I recommended. 10/10

This was our second stay at Pam’s place, everything was great! Love the outdoor space and the pool is always a hit and the reason we came back! We grilled out, had a fire and enjoyed some much needed family time! Thanks again for all the little touches your home has to offer!

Our family was attending a wedding in the area and were very happy with our choice of accommodations. It was perfect for our family with places to gather together or spaces to be apart. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a peaceful and very comfortable place to stay!

If cozy, clean and comfortable is what you desire in East Nashville, look no further than Hillary’s place. It is the perfect space for two people in the historic Lockeland district. This location is convenient to the Robert’s Western World, the Grand Ole Opry, the Parthenon, and so many great eateries in East Nashville. Check Hillary’s host book for recommendations. Also, very easy check-in and check-out instructions! Highly recommend this Airbnb.

This place was dreamy. Every detail was flawless. From the record collection to the coffee set up.

It was a great cottage! Great for cooking, but there were items that were said to be included that were not, and there were items that were included that would have been nice to know about. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

Strongly recommended. Immaculate property in terms of convenience, sense of safety, location, amenities, cleanliness and interior decor. Landscaping is well maintained. We had some special needs, I had to request prior and host accommodated to them. They are responsive to in situ situations and were quick to help on a Sunday. Walking distance from bespoke cafes. Great stay overall

We had a great stay! The attention to detail in decorating this house was amazing! The house had everything we needed and Pedro responded quickly with instructions for check in and safety info during a tornado watch! Overall our best Airbnb to date!

Very peaceful weekend stay here

Sean was a great host. My first time using AirBNB and I couldn’t have asked for a better host to walk me through the process. He gave us several recommendations of great local restaurants and places to grab a drink. The house was just as he described. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking on AirBNB!

It was our first time staying in an Airbnb and Sophie made it such a breeze. The place was very nice and the shower was amazing. Close to downtown. Will be staying again.

Karen was an absolute dream host! Responsive, caring, and helpful are all words I would use to describe Karen! She not only gave us a late check out, but she also allowed us to drop our bags at her home early, as we had some events we had to attend that were right around the time of check in. Very thankful to have found an Airbnb host such as Karen, and I would highly recommend anyone staying in the Franklin area to stay with Karen! Thanks again for everything!

The Loft was situated in a lovely neighborhood close to any amenity you might want. 2 minutes or so from Trader Joe’s. The Loft was clean and comfortable and the host was quite amiable and asked how things were going. I would highly recommend.

Cory was so attentive and responsive straight from the beginning. The house was so inviting and welcoming. The property was peaceful and quiet but yet still so close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville! Everything was great and will definitely be back in the future!

Great communication, great place private, nice view, 2 decks, clean and comfy beds exactly what we needed for baseball tournament weekend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Craftsman Cottage, the house was adorable and we were amazed at how big the house felt! The master bedroom and bath were very spacious and we loved the barn wood features! We celebrated our mom’s 80th birthday at the Grand Ol Opry and we had an easy commute to the downtown area. Franklin has a charming downtown area that is super close to the house. Gretchen was very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your adorable home with us! Our family of 7 fit perfectly! We didn’t want to come home!
