The Little 10 - The Studio

The historic building (1840) is located in the centre of Flensburg. Three small, completely separate apartments for 2 people each, invite you to feel good. The renovations of the interiors were carried out by boat builders of the Museum Shipyard Flensburg in 2006. Make a lot out of little space - you know that. Until then, unused corners have become spiffy shelves and storage spaces. That's exactly what makes the charm of the "Little 10". The stairs to the upper two apartments are rather steep.

My place is right by the beach overlooking Denmark. The apartment was newly renovated in 2017. Great bus connections bring one within 10 min. to the center of Flensburg. Denmark can be reached within a few minutes by foot, bike or also by car. Shopping is in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right outside the front door. Good restaurants close by. Parking directly free of charge on site. Immediate beach proximity

Very nice and charming, circus car with wide double bed. Isolated and inlaid heat. Only 350 meters from lovely beach and forest as well as Gendarmstien. The price includes breakfast (homemade organic bowls etc.) Coffee and tea for free use as well as linens and towels. Parking space right next to the circus carriage. 300 m to public transport with bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensburg.
