Private parking in back also gives you the option of driving anywhere and then walking directly to your door, and outside cameras are present for security. Banks, restaurants, grocery, convenience, and liquor stores are all 1 block of the apartment for all your needs.

Cozy private suite in the lower level. Guests have the suite to themselves. The bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go . Not suitable for staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the suite. In a bind we can accommodate a 3rd guest and a pet. Welcome.

Erik was a phenomenal host, went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay at his house. His family were lovely people and helpful with any and all questions. Erik gave is good clear instructions on the best places to go to in the area, how to travel to the city and how to use all the appliances/facilities in the house. I couldn’t recommend him any more, he made our stay really more comforting and laid a great basis for our stay in Chicago. Cheers Erik!

Stay! This is hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in—clean, peaceful, and clearly cared for with love. The hosts genuinely go above and beyond to make sure their guests feel welcome and comfortable. You can tell they take pride in both their space and how they treat people. Everything was exactly as described, and I felt safe, relaxed, and taken care of during my entire stay. It’s the kind of place that leaves a good feeling with you even after you leave. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

A wonderful cottage, it was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The “home away from home”, was nicely appointed with furniture, linens, kitchen tools and utensils. The hostess was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Check-in was smooth and directions were clear. Beds were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we have an opportunity to be in the area again we will definitely see if this house is available! Till next time!
