Apartment near the Maintalradweg with parking space and wallbox. Our renovated apartment is close to the Main bike path and has a large, well-equipped kitchen-living room with stove, oven, dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels and hair dryer. One bedroom with a 1.80 m bed for 2 people and a bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed, bedding included. Car parking space in front of the house with the possibility to charge an electric car for a fee.

The modern housing unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The disused freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe harbor in Wertheim. The creative upcycling idea benefits not only our environment, but also you. The Tiny House offers you everything you expect from a modern micro house on 26m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, a lighted parking right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own house.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

The rustic, stylish apartment is part of a yard with animals such as dogs, chickens and horses. The spacious apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Erlenbach directly below the vineyards and offers a good start for long walks. Both Aschaffenburg and Würzburg can be reached quickly within 30 minutes. Due to the highway connection to the A3 only 10 minutes away, the apartment is very suitable for travelers.

Note: Pets are welcome. We charge a one-time fee of €70 for each animal.
