Beautiful, new 2-room apartment in a great location!

Hello everyone, my husband Michael and I (Astrid) are renting out a super equipped, modern, cozy apartment in a great location! The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home. We ourselves live on the first floor and upper floor. Our tenants have the advantage that we are very easy to reach live & yet attach great importance to your privacy! It's important to us that you feel comfortable. The pet fee is 20.00 euros per pet. Recently, we have been offering pictures by a young artist in the apartment. Everything that hangs or stands can be bought. Free welcome drinks as well as coffee, sugar, condensed milk are available free of charge. We have set up a small corner where you can also buy drinks at cost price. This saves you a trip to the supermarket.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Cozy, freshly renovated apartment 70 m². Modern interior in natural, peaceful surroundings. Direct highway connection, which you do not hear unpleasantly. Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.
