Our holiday flat is aimed at guests who like a certain level of comfort and appreciate the hospitality of private hosts. The 2-room flat is quietly located right next to the botanical garden. It is furnished to a high standard, with its own special charm, with real wood parquet flooring, electric shutters, modern kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

On more than 110 sqm the guest can expect a spacious dining area, 2 cozy bedrooms with large double bed, a sunny kitchen, a daylight bathroom and a separate guest toilet. Our large living room invites you to linger on the large sofa. The terrace with a small garden offers additional space and in the evening you sit there and enjoy the last ray of sunshine and let the day end. Frankfurt airport: 28km, Frankfurt fair 37km.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Kostelose Parkplätze im Hof sind vorhanden. Wander- und Waldwege sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gegend ist bekannt für seine ausgezeichneten Weine. Für Biker gibt es den bekannten Hahnenkammtrail. Gute Autobahnanbindung, FFM in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Drei Gaststätten im Ort. Die Unterkunft zwei separate Schlafzimmer, ausziehbare Couch im Wohnbereich, Smart TV, vollausgestattete Küche.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals.
