Holiday rentals with a patio in Hassocks

Claudine's apartment is spacious, comfortable and bright. It is well-equipped, with a full kitchen. The bathroom is a good size and the full size bath is a welcome luxury. There is an excellent shower too. There is convenient parking opposite, where we left our car for most of our stay. The High Street is an 8-minute (uphill) walk away. The apartment is ideal for visits to Glyndebourne, which is an easy 10-minute drive away.

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

A great little place for the weekend. Had everything we needed with some awesome wine bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay at this peaceful location. Well equipped kitchen, clean throughout, and cosy comfortable bed. Greatly appreciated, fresh bread, eggs & milk provided along with fresh vase of flowers. Property exactly as described. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay. Michael was very helpful over messages and welcoming when we arrived. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and spacious and just what we were looking for.

Fabulous place just as advertised. Highlights - very clean with comfortable bed. Brighton town very accessible by bus or within a thirty minute walk. Friendly staff. Vicky met us and showed us around the property. Would definitely stay again.

Loved staying in Sarah's lovely house. She's very thoughtfully supplied everything you might need, the house is very tidy and gorgeous. She was very responsive and accommodating.

Josh’s house was as described. Everything was spotless and had everything listed and that we would’ve needed. The location is slightly out of center but taxis are quick and cheap and walk was easy. Communication was quick and helpful. We met him on checking in and he was friendly and made everything super easy for our stay. Would definitely recommend and looking at booking next time I’m back.

What a stunning property it is! We spent a great time here. It is easy to find when you follow the instructions. Thanks Eddie for the welcome gift, it made us feel like we’re home. The communication is great, Eddie replies the message promptly, even in the evening when we got issue with the toilet. We appreciate what Eddie has done! Thank you Katherine for the stay in your comfy and welcoming home. It is a very fun little house with a back garden looking onto the old church. We were four adults and had an excellent time. The house is equipped with everything you need and parking spaces were plentiful. We had delicious take away from the Indian restaurant at the back of the church, and the coop across the road has all the groceries you might need. Also we had a good dinner at the pub , a five minute walk away. I highly recommend Katherine's home as a stay.

A perfect weekend away in a beautiful cottage like bungalow. Nick was extremely accommodating and flexible with our check in and checkouts. Him and his wife were friendly and great hosts, making sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with some essentials and even had a little welcome basket ready for us so we could make some breakfast. The space was perfect and relaxing.

We had an amazing stay for my Husband’s birthday and the property did not disappoint! It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Laura was also a fantastic host and answered all questions immediately. Thank you so much for giving us such a great weekend and for the extra surprise gift for my husband. We had the best time and will definitely be back soon.

Lovely cottage. Large garden, dog and child friendly. Completely detached and set at a distance from neighbours, no need to worry about noise from children/grandchildren or dogs! Close to many places of interest. Easy access from the A23 Plenty of parking.

The house is in a peaceful area and was immaculate, clean, with all the necessary items but no ‘clutter’. Response with owners before arrival was helpful and very prompt. Local bus service into Brighton easy and regular and lots to do in the area. Away from Brighton we would recommend Knepp Wilding a super place with great walks, storks flying overhead and good food. It’s on the A24 south of Horsham.

Our stay at marks place was perfect! Great value, really helpful host (at one point we locked ourselves out but mark responded immediately and was very helpful), clear instructions for checking in and out! The place itself was lovely, lots to do nearby, about a minute from sea front! Will definitely use again!

Our first Airbnb, it was AMAZING. Sadly only able to stay for two nights. The accommodation was perfect in every way. We didn’t require any of the facilities other than two mugs, a kettle, a bed, and a bathroom as we were in the area to visit relatives for a function, however, there was everything supplied that could possibly be needed for a long holiday. The bedding, and everything else, was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere, beautiful white towels. Could not find a single fault at all, and I’m not an easy person to please! Such a peaceful area. We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

This is a great place to stay in Hove and is as described. It was positioned perfectly for us for where we needed to be to visit family. The living room is a particularly great feature with sea views and plenty of space. If arriving by car, unloading can be a bit tricky due to having to park on adjacent roads but Joanne can't help that so it's just one to be aware of. We would certainly stay here again

This was our second time at Alan’s flat. We had such a wonderful time. It’s so close to all the amenities Seven Dials has to offer whilst also being super close to Brighton city centre. We will be back!

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

Second stay at Adrian's at this address, the accommodation is impeccable near the center while being quiet. Good responsiveness from Adrian. There is the necessary basics (tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil) and a good refrigerator. Shops are within 10 minutes. I recommend this neat accommodation.
