Welcome to the GIPFEL-GLÜCK penthouse. The pinnacle of the Sunleitn Residence: 107 m² (1,153 sq. ft.) featuring an open-plan living/dining area and an impressive glass-roofed conservatory. Fully equipped kitchen and access to a spacious terrace offering a 180° mountain panorama in complete privacy. Unwind in a private Finnish sauna made from reclaimed wood, with a view of the mountains. 2 bedrooms, ideal for up to 4 guests.

In winter, by car, it is only a few minutes from the varied 4-mountain ski resort Schladming Dachstein with its 232 kilometers of slopes! In summer you are in the beautiful hiking area and only 4 km from the Dachstein Tauern Golf and Country Club The chalet "Sunny Hideaway" offers rustic cottage character. Our place is good for couples and families with kids (e.g. 4 adults or a family with up to 3 kids).

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.

DaHome-Appartements

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.

Bergzeit Gosau

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. 

Vacation home for lovers of modern architecture

Beautiful, modern vacation home by Vorarlberg architect Johannes Kaufmann in the idyllic Rantental. Large, bright living-dining area, bedroom and bathroom with tub. Fresh pastries and a daily newspaper are delivered to the front door from Mon-Sat at 7 AM.

The apartment is located in the Jadorf district overlooking the Hoher Göll. The town center can be reached in a few minutes by car or bike. Parking is available free of charge. Pets are allowed in agreement with the landlord.
