This delightfully atmospheric, over a hundred-year-old small cottage invites you to stop in a peaceful milieu by nature and indulge in the presence alone or together.The ❤️ cottage comfortably accommodates 3-4, but in the summer time, the cottage's attic also has sleeping arrangements for three. The place is in the middle of nowhere, but within a humanly reachable distance of several attractions and services. The nearest shops are about 15 minutes' drive and public transport (train) is about 5 km from the property.

A little home

The tiny home is located near the stunning Salpausselkä outdoor terrain. Lahti Ski Stadium is five kilometers away. P-H central hospital within walking distance. In the summer, convenient e-bikes can be rented from a nearby stop. Downstairs in the house, an idyllic wooden sauna with cooler spaces. There's an apple and plum trees in your own quiet yard. In the summer, you can apply for raspberries on top of the porridge, or you can cycle an apple pie from the stitches in the yard or just on the hammock.

Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

*Basement Studio Järvenpää - More comfortable than a hotel*

Welcome to stay in our cozy and peaceful studio, which is located in connection with our detached house, but on a completely separate floor. The apartment has a private entrance through our lower yard, where you will also find a parking space. The studio was renovated in 2020 and new furniture was also acquired at the same time. Saunakallio train station is 1 km from us and Helsinki-Vantaa airport is about 30 minutes. Sheets, towels, coffee, tea and sugar are included in the price.

An idyllic, year-round leisure home with all the amenities. Modern kitchen, wonderfully warming oven, air source heat pump and indoor toilet. A beautiful sauna & shower room and if you like, we'll fill the tub (a lot isn't in use in the winter months: November-March). We'll make the bedding ready for visitors. Here you can experience the peace of the countryside near the city in the culturally significant village of Okeroinen; 7 km to the center of Lahti, 100 km to Helsinki. Near my place, Salpausselkä geopark 4 km, Messilä ski resort 5 km, Okeroinen riding stable, bus stop 1.3 km, nearest shop about 2 km. Okeroinen mill 1 km, cycling terrain from the front door. The accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and those who enjoy outdoor activities.

Cottage peace in the middle of nature near Porvoo and the archipelago, on the edge of the forest, 15 km from Porvoo and 30 km from Loviisa. Perfect for two, ( 140 wide bed), but can accommodate four (2 on a sofa bed) if needed. Private yard, two terraces, wood sauna, barbecue area, and fully equipped kitchen. A great choice for a vacation or work trip. Note: The nearest shop or restaurant isn't right around the corner, so book snacks and treats-it's all on your own.

Cosy countryside cottage in the middle of nowhere. Cottage is located in same yard where the hosts home is. 15km to Riihimäki and 75km to Helsinki. Fully equipped kitchen with running water (both hot and cold water). Sauna in a separate building, built in 1930's. No shower there but traditional bucket shower works. Outdoor toilet. Four beds and one crib for baby. Good place for some hiking, biking and relaxing.
