Holiday rentals with a patio in Hauts-de-Seine

Emma's place is exactly as shown in the photos: simple, Q quiet, charming, with a lovely outdoor patio. The very beautiful Parc Montsouris is steps away. There are two cafes within a short walk for an easy meal or coffee. The train is around the corner for a 15 minute ride to Notre Dame. We had a very easy and comfortable stay.

Coming especially for a concert, we chose Astrid's Airbnb because it met our criteria and was rather well located, near the Stade de France. The apartment is very functional, clean and large enough for 4 people. The neighborhood is rather quiet and easy to access by transport. Thanks to Astrid for this experience 🙂

Luci stands out as the most helpful, friendly and communicative host I have EVER stayed with. As a solo female traveler it felt so reassuring for her to reach out proactively and give me lots of tips and detailed insight on her apartment and the neighborhood. Whenever I had a question she was always quick to respond and was super thorough. I can tell just how much she cares about the experience people have when they stay with her. Her apartment was super close to public transportation and grocery stores. The place itself was spotless and looked newly remodeled with lots of helpful appliances and amenities. I was able to cook lovely meals in her decked out kitchen and eat them on her terrace. While she's only on the second floor having an elevator also was a bonus. And I felt extra safe and secure knowing the door to her building had a security code. The building was peaceful and calm. I am super grateful to Luci for a great stay!

Great stay at Ihsen's place and great communication. Got lots of tips and lots of help, when needed. 5 min walk to Monoprix supermarket enabled us to have meals at home, 10 min walk to the Metro, made Paris transportation easy. Also a couple of bus stops 1 min from the flat

The apartment is very nice and looks like in the photos. It is very spacious and modernly equipped. Various metro and bus stations are within walking distance. Simo is a great accommodating host who provided us with lots of helpful tips. Everything worked out super easy. Great communication! It is a large modern residential area with some restaurants and supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We can recommend "Communale Saint-Ouen" - a kind of cultural center with food court in a hall with many stalls of different countries. Very delicious! Great atmosphere, also great with kids. All in all, clear recommendation!

I had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline’s apartment. It is lovely, bright, and I felt right at home. It is close to the metro and you can easily get around. The neighborhood is so nice to be in…I especially liked walking through the Promenade Pereire , which is just a block away, with its beautiful flowers ( and children playing). A bakery and Carrefour are very near the apartment. Jacqueline is a kind, caring host- available for any questions. I’d happily stay there again!

Very good hosting. Very clean accommodation. No complaints. Small idea to go from excellent to superb: install the air conditioning or provide a fan for hot weather 😉

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Corinne thank you for an outstanding stay! the home was beautiful, spacious and had great amenities! my husband loves sitting outside so the outside garden with seating area was perfect! my family loved our stay, 2 min walk to the train station made getting around Paris very convenient. restaurants and shopping mall 10 mins walk was also a great plus. we will be visiting Paris again next year and will plan to stay again at your beautiful home. thanks!

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

I'm so glad I chose Olga's place for my trip to Paris. The house is uniquely and interestingly designed, just like the pictures and descriptions.At the same time, Olga is a very enthusiastic host who can provide us with a lot of practical advice for our trip and recommend a lot of niche activities. Solveig and Julien's accommodation is very nice, clean and functional. The neighborhood is quiet, green and flowery, well served by shops and the tram is nearby. Beautiful park with small lake, water games and children's playgrounds at a tram station. It takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour by public transport to reach the key monuments (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Cité des Sciences, etc.). Solveig and Julien are accommodating and discreet hosts.

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We had an amazing stay at Margaux’s Airbnb in Paris! The location was incredibly convenient — just a short walk to the metro, which made exploring the entire city so easy. The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfect for our trip. Margaux was a fantastic host, checking in multiple times to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Her kindness and attention to detail really made a difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris — truly a 5-star experience from start to finish!

We spent two days at Hélène's for the Rock en Seine festival, it's the perfect base: close to the metro, the neighborhood has all the amenities of many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, Hélène is very attentive so that her guests don't miss anything. The bedding is comfortable. I would this property.

My Mum and I stayed in this studio apartment for 1 week together and we absolutely loved it! The street was so quiet and peaceful, and so we slept with all the terrace doors and windows open at night without issue (it was 90 degrees in Paris the week we were there, so this really helped! Plus the small fan). We felt very safe and it felt private too. We were one street away from a bustling area with a Metro (Victor Hugo) and supermarkets, restaurants etc and very close to the Arc de Triomphe in the other direction. The double terraces were ideal, particularly because of the heat… one was always shaded and one was always sunny and very hot. We had access to Netflix & YouTube (music) and cooked food for ourselves every day! We/I would absolutely stay here again, and will! Manuella was so helpful from beginning to end - responsive before & during the trip. Highly recommend for 1-2 people. The area around us was ideal. Not touristy & had everything we needed to live in Paris for a week! ♥

We absolutely loved our stay at The TeRRACE! The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished and impeccably clean. The air conditioning was a real plus during the hot days, and the private terrace was the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location was perfect — a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, with very good restaurants and shops nearby. It was also located a few minutes' walk from the public transport network, which allowed us to move easily throughout Paris. It was really all we needed for our stay in Paris. We highly recommend it!

Adriana was quick to communicate and also facilitated check-in time. The apartment was clean and cosy. The kitchen a little bit small but enough for do some easy cook. The kitchen equipment was in good condition. I feel at home here.
