The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 2nd floor of an elaborately generally renovated old town house near the famous Passau triple corner directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet, only the living room has a window to a school courtyard where pupils are temporarily noisy. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, i.e. sufficient laundry, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.
